Sup /g/, today you have the opportunity to design your perfect smartphone. You can combine ideas from existing smartphones, or submit original ideas. The rules are simple:

My perfect smartphone:

Trying to copy a file with a batch im writing.
Everything worked up until now, where i put

xcopy tempFile.txt "%date%-%time%.txt"

It specifies it as a file, but i always get
Invalid path
0 File(s) copied
Why wont windows let me assign a variable from the console (ie %time% and %date%) to a filename?
If i change the output to
xcopy tempFile.txt "SomeBlandFileName.txt"

it works fine, but thats not what i want.

Any help /g/?

Why the fuck do normies want gigantic phones? I swear any phone with a screen bigger than 3.5 inches is literally fucking useless, I got got a Huawei phone under the expectation that it would be a decent usable size, but it's way to fucking big

I swear people only use these big phones like fashion accessories or some shit, I mean 4.5+ inch phones are literally way too fucking big for the average hand.

Educate a build fag that's been out of the market for the last 6 years on processors.

Do you have any writeup recommendations I can take a look at? I built a tier one rig way back when and haven't really kept up with the specs on new processors/motherboards.

I'm starting uni soon and looking for a cheap laptop. Is the Toshiba Chromebook 2 a good laptop for light usage like school work? Not going to be downloading games and shit I just need something for schoolwork and will probably download MT4 along with other documents I'll need for school but that's about it.

16 GB SS HD and 4 GB Ram I figured that would be good enough. Any other recommendations are welcome.

Have you guys sued Microsoft yet?

I didn't want to start a thread just for this but the Stupid question thread died on me

I've been getting black screen freezes while gaming for a couple weeks now.
The screen goes black, audio keeps going for a while and then stutters and stops until I hardreset.

I've ran memtest a couple times, reinstalled AMD drivers and checked temperatures.
Windows event viewer isn't recording shit on these crashes btw.

The GPU usage looks wonky to me but I don't know if that's normal.

Anything else I can try before giving up and going to a tech store?

I'm getting a new laptop this week and I want to make the switch to Linux.

There's too many distros out in there and I can't choose on which to get. I just want one that is easy to use and looks "good" out of the box. What recommendation do you guys have? Don't suggest gentoo please.
