There is literally no difference in gaming or everyday use between DDR3 and DDR4.

None at all.

Please shill and justify the extra money you spent for zero performance increase below.

>I think you be my last change to save my laptop!
I got Lenovo Think Pad Edge E330 and one day i made full cleaning for it so i recovered that from recovery partition. After that i tried to make Windows updates but they didnt work so i tried Lenovos own bullshit updater wich forced me make BIOS/UEFI update which failed and now whole laptop is bricked... I have tried all kind of CMOS resets and wizard tricks without succes. Only thing what i have found is when i boot it by pressing FN+R it try to do something from USB-stick but i dont have any software or tool to use with it. I know about Phoenix BIOS recovery but that needs .wph files and i havent found one to my computer. Is there anything to do for this.

Your writing is so disgusting I stopped reading after the second line. Did you ever learn to breath through your nose? It reads like someone trying to get out an entire paragraph without stopping to take a breath. I think you should just kill yourself now to end your suffering.

So I just picked up one of the review copies today and I am warning you that the RX480 is the worst card I have ever tested.

On air at max it sometimes hits a 96 degree spike when running 2160p benchmarks.

The card crashes mid game about any AAA 2016 game I throw at it.

The 4k performance is nonexistent

The card doesn't even outperform a 970, even a 960 can destroy it in benchmarks

GTA V ULTRA 1080p
480: 37fps
960: 45fps
970: 78fps

This also doesn't play nice with my oculus and there is massive stuttering in every game

AMD stay clear

What will perform better for raw calculations?

20 orange pi PCs in a cluster, or an i7 6700? Roughly the same cost.
5 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
Probably an i7 6700.
>>
>>55298598
That's what I was thinking too, but I was still curious because it was 20 of the PIs which should still be decent for raw performance.

Would a small cluster of 2 or 3 PIs be enough to host a website on?
>>
>>55298616
>https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raspberry_Pi
>A cluster of 64 Raspberry Pi Model-B computers, labeled "Iridis-pi", achieved a LINPACK HPL suite result of 1.14 GFLOPS (n=10240) at 216 watts for c. 4 000 US$

>The Skylake 6700K @ 4GHz only gave 200 GFLOP/s

As for your question about the website, it would definitely work for a simple site with little users; I imagine you'll start getting difficulties after you start getting 50-100 users a second.

Never buy AMD, they refuse to the the driver overhead for dx11, instead forcing it's users to drop HD5000 and 6000 cards and gcn users to use dx12 and windows 10 for competitive performance.

Just buy the gtx 1060 or 1070.

lol wcc and vcardz reposting the same shittier polnish benchmark that shows an heavy OVERCLOCKED 970 vs a stock 480.

which is totaly fine because a heavy oc 970 = stock 980 so the 480 perfoms just fine on 980 level.

Been working with linux for years, never once I used it as my main desktop. Only as servers or for development.

with all the distros just one look at the icons or UI or whatever makes you realize that a bored teenager made the GUI.
