They most likely don't use a binary decision, but rather calculate the probability of the picture showing a certain object. If it's pretty sure, but not absolutely sure (say, the probability of the picture showing a burger is 80%) you'll tell it whether or not it's a burger. Your decision can be used to improve the features used for the recognition, while false positives and negatives are offset by the large number of people who get it right.

Literally same performance as R9 390 but cheaper/more energy efficient. You still get the benefit of async compute/free sync.

1070 is bit overkill for 1080p. RX480/GTX1060 maxes out 1080p

For RX480 ill still have to wait for custom designs, not buying reference. I would be willing to pay 100€ more for 1070 thou because it would last me longer. Also i have a 4K TV so sometimes i would hook it up and maybe try some games on 4K medium settings.

I own like five of 'em. They're hooked up to just about everything PC-related in the house.

They show up at second-hand stores all the time for about ten bucks. People throw them out because "it dont work no more" when usually all they need is a new battery, available for less than $20 on Amazon.

Yup, running a 1500VA unit for my desktop, monitors, and speakers. If power goes out I can watch 20-30 minutes of anime before the battery in the UPS goes out.

I've had mine for nearly 8 years, battery is starting to wear down. I use it with my PC.

I'm thinking about a budget of 500$, what's my best bang for buck here? GTX960 or some AMD cheapness like the r9 380?
