I really like python. It's a really flexible language, and it tends to work very well.
It doesn't perform the absolute best, but you can write your own optimisations in C/C++.

There is a way to do it purely through UPD commands but I did it like this:

Trigger: When connects to BSSID
Action: Launch App shortcut*
Constraints: Time of day.

*There's like 20 simple WOL apps which you can make a widget with/ use as a shortcut with this app.

1080 does not divide by 16 so 1080p video is actually decoded at 1088 and then 1 blank line is added to top and bottom for various reasons so you get 1090

In your BIOS you might be able to set custom fan profiles to have quieter fans, and if your case fans don't have PWM control just unplug them. And set a custom fan profile for your gpu so the fans turn off and it Idles at like 70c

if you have an amd driver for ur gpu i know u can control the fans in the gpu ( duh ) but you can also control the other fans in ur pc
