I use Nova launcher, but everything in my setup is klwp. Also, Homescreen threads are posted pretty much every day and they usually live for a while. I think it's alright

That CPU only supports 2133Mhz RAM. Mouse and keyboard are both kinda shitty but it looks like you need those for the budget. And i have no idea about the CPU, from what i've heard most people are buying 6600Ks or 6700Ks.
