I reeeally want a twitter username that's been inactive since 2009, twitter support is dumb and won't help me, anyone can help me with that?
17 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
No.

Fuck off
>>
>>55849291
if twitter support won't help you, noone can
your only other option is to guess the accounts' password
>>
>>55850050
isn't there a safe way to do that, instead of guessing the account's passowrd since I have no other thing except for the it's @username?

- Pretend that the difficulty of use and the incomprehensibility of commands inherent in Lunix is actually a badge of honor.
- Look at ugly, distorted fonts in your browser and on any other application you might want to run
- Reformat and install another distribution. (People have been known to do this continuously for weeks. Hint: they all suck. Stop wasting your time.)
- Watch a console display error messages.
- Convince yourself that Open Office is "just as good" as Microsoft Office.
- Read countless manuals to do the simplest of tasks. And still fail
- Say you use Lunix (which will get your ass kicked, even by other Lunix users.)
- Think of ways at work to bring up the subject of how you use Lunix, because the penguin thing didn't work.
- Fail to realize that, penguin or not, noone gives a fuck about what operating system you use.
- Eat KFC chicken around the clock.
- Manually edit config files.
- Run a virtual instance of Windows so you can play games, while at the same time saying how much you hate Microsoft.
- Argue that KDE is better than GNOME.
- Argue that GNOME is better than KDE.
- Argue that both GNOME and KDE are inferior to your chosen environment.
- Develop carpal tunnel from keyboard usage between bouts of excessive self-pleasure borne out of social-retardation.
- Depend on easy to use programs like vi.
- Try to learn how to do simple tasks in emacs, eventually using notepad to complete the same task.
- Keep your virginity.
- Be a badass non-conformist.
- Never get viruses, ever, like how a virgin never gets STDs.
- Graphically chart the shrinkage of your penis over time with bundled, GPL'd software such as GNUPlot. This is a highly requested feature among lunix users.
- Discussing the awesome non-ntfs filesystems you can use with lunix, for example one written by a convicted murderer.
- Spend hours of your life compiling bits of code, just to find out it was EPIC FAIL!

you are so stupid ppl use linux because it's safe I hated windows and didn't even bother using all of it desu. btw it's also good for ricing

This is the dumbest question one can ask for. It's your PC, what did you buy it for?

There's your answer.

just picked up these two DL380 G5s today.

they are identical with 2x xeon 5345, 32gb DDR2 ram, and 8x 72gb 10k sas disks i put in raid 5.

currently setting them up. i must admit though, i don't really know what to do with them since my poweredge T110-2 is more than enough to handle my server needs with only 4gb ram and 4x300gb 15k sas in raid 0 (with external backup ofc.)

any ideas?

i also got a bunch of extra disks with the servers aswell as a metric shit load of 1 and 2gb ddr2 ECC ram an extra psu, cables and two switches. they are 10/100 though, so they are useless. also got a storageworks MSL2024 with it. no tapes though.

imma throw out the tape library and the switches, but what to do with the servers? the only thing even remotely useful i can come up with is game servers.

It does okay for what it is

2TB NAS(torrent and winbackup)
1.6Ghz 2GB netbook (router logs and ftp)
Router (DD-WRT QoS, works well)

Next upgrade might be a pfsense netbook (with USB>ETH) for some sort of cache system.

Hey guys, I don't frequent this board alot. But you've been helpful before..

Any opinions on the HTC desire . I bought it from a friend bearly used for 20 bucks. It seems pretty cool.. any idea what I got myself into?

1) you are supposed to ask / do research BEFORE buy, not AFTER.
2) Seems like you got yourself cheap android phone which will cover 99% needs you may have.
3) Using used phone brings 0.001% chance of getting arrested when previous users done some criminal activities.
4) You can also check by IMEI and or serial number if it isn't reported as stolen.
5) Doing factory reset can prevent previous botnet apps to spy on you.

Quantity over quality. That's why they went with Java as the development language for apps on Android. Just let everybody publish their garbage and Google can boast about the availability of millions of apps on their store. It's disgusting.
