If you like ricer shit, then I don't see why not, IBP charges the least overhead for putting together the PC for you out of all the custom PC builders. Only thing is I'd probably try and get the older 5820K instead because the 6800K overclocks like shit, good luck getting 4.5GHz even with that CLC.

What are the main differences between using a GNU/Linux distribution and using a GNU/Hurd distribution?
I've heard Debian (the one I use) also supports Hurd, but I really don't know what this changes and what it doesn't, from both a technical and a user point of view

Do you just go into a company, interview, get hired, and they tell you what to do and what is to be expected from you?
