when i google "buy windows 10 oem pro key" I get tons of sponsored and top first page results selling keys for under 30 US dollars
is this legal, are the keys legit, google normally filters out that much spam so some must have some legitimacy
what's the story?
>>56169959
Jewcosoft tricking you into believing you're saving money.
They're either pirated or from a MSDN license, in which case MS will deactivate every key because you aren't supposed to sell them.
>>56170011
I see people selling them on ebay with 1000+ positive feedback
is it possible microsoft is not canceling the keys?
How bad does it hurt tech bloggers to admit Note7 is the best phone ever built?

What's your excuse
What's the point?
>>56169927
To prevent you from using a large CPU heatsink. The RAM clearly is more important because it gets way hotter.

RFID is a new field for me, to give you the basic gist of it, All I want to do it make it so when I tap an rfid card to a reader attached to my pc, it executes a program on the spot. The end goal is I want to make an emulator machine in which each RFID tag has a shortcut to the rom on the internal hardrive, so when I want to play a game I tap the card and it loads. I don't need a full blown tutorial, but I could use any resources you guys have that would help me get this implemented, the emulator machine itself is practically done, but as of now I have no idea how to implement this rfid system.. ./r/ gave me nadda, so any resources at all would be greatly appreciated..
Does your motherboard have any gpio pins?
>>56169881
no it does not, The rfid device i was going to use was actually connected via usb.
>>56170026
You're going to need software to listen for the rfid reader over USB then. I doubt there's any general usb-rfid to arbitrary-system-action control software, and if you were capable of writing your own you wouldn't be asking here. So I imagine your only real option is to either spend a long time learning to program for the sake of this one specific project (which is in general a terrible idea and usually ends horribly), or pay someone to do it for you.
How do you pronounce ASCII?

Yeah, they're pretty decent too.
Just immensely overpriced. Probably going to get an athlon 5350 or a8 7600 instead.

So I recently built a new computer and hooked up some LED lights on a glass tower and have set the LED effects to pulse and it had me thinking... Could I somehow purchase a product or find a program online where when I was in game if I took damage of sorts the LED lights would flicker accordingly.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
>>56169762
It would be all game specific, you pretty much can't do it. Better bet would be pulsing based off of sound level output or heat levels.
You'd have to access the game data, find the health value and run the light effect when that value drops.
>>56169810
>>56169827
How would I begin doing either of those? The sound one might work. How could I begin doing that?
What are you working on /g/?
Last thread: >>56161932
Summer is kill, /g/ is kill.
is US ANSI the best layout for programming? it's almost as if it was literally designed by programmers? obviously you amerilards are gonna be in favor of it but even as a swede i think i will get a US ANSI-ish keyboard because the selection of good nordic ISO keyboards is almost non-existent and it seems better and more ergonomic for programming anyway
