Question:
When employers list "knowledge of wordpress program" what do they mean by that?
It's the only requirement and I've built few sites with WP before. I just don't get it, it's the designed so anyone can use it, why hire someone for it.
And also what is "WP programming"? Do they not know how it works or am I missing some new wordpress language?

I downloaded and immediately ran a virustotal check, results of which -

As you can see, it comes up super clean. However not exactly recommended by the VT community judging from the downvotes.

Can anyone run this in a VMware or sandbox and post the results? Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
