Did I fuck up
See if it powers on properly. My CPU didn't make the sound either when being installed
>>56138428
Nah, mine made a sound and I gave no fucks. 20c idle now

Working remote for the last decade you find yourself getting corrected on pronunciation by people who know less about technology than you.
I use textra for my texts. but from one person his texts only open from 'messaging' (the default app).
he's on Samsung
textra is my default app
What gives
>>56138193
probably because you are shit.
(mms?)
>>56138492
Can confirm, OP is shit
>>56138492
how do I make textra open it instead. it's just text files not images

>supposed to make an animated gif that taps at 120bpm
>render a test in GIMP, with 15 frames per dot, with 33.33 ms per frame
>15 frames x 33.33ms = 1 dot per 500ms = 2 dots per 1000ms = 120bpm
But when I render it, GIMP spits out a 135bpm gif. What gives?
And I've tried rendering at 34bpm and its still over >130bpm. So it has nothing to do with decimals.
Now, when I render each number at 500ms, it correctly gives me a 120bpm gif.
Does GIMP just suck when the ms per frame are <100 or small? It's not accurately rendering those gifs at all.
I figured it out, I may have had an extra frame in there (31 instead of 30).
I got you OP:
>A little known fact: the GIF format specifies frame delays in multiples of 10ms (ie. 1/100th of a second). Whatever frame delay you specify in the frame/layer name, in the Gimp export dialog or in any other software will be rounded up/down to the nearest multiple of 10ms.
Shouldnt have fallen for the FOSS meme. Staalman is a hack and his "alternative" softwares, and OS, is complete shit.
Why are there no taxes on newegg or amazon right now? I've been googling for 20 minutes and I can't figure it out.
No one knows anything about this?
There are sometimes. I think it's something like they only have to charge sales tax if the warehouse is in the same state as you, or if your state government has actually figured out that online shopping is a thing.
>>56137938
You googled for 20 minutes and missed the first result?

Also daily reminder that Stallman doesn't actually endorse Gentoo.

I just got a 4k TV, what is the best way to watch 4k content?
You should have thought of this before you bought the tv. This is literally the same problem that I have with my retina macbook pro. Just nothing out there to fill the pixels.
First admit you made a mistake if your bought a 4K TV with the intention to watch 4K content. Then move to South Korea.

/g/ what's going on with my daily energy usage? I'm up at 6 getting ready for work so I understand the 6/7am spikes, and I work all day and make dinner around 6 so the evening usage makes sense.
What's with the spikes at 2am and 12pm??
I live in a small studio so literally nothing is on or running (no heaters/AC, literally only the fridge and microwave are plugged in)
Ghosts

Zombie ghosts.
Does this happen every day? It could definitely be the fridge kicking on. Do you have electric heat or hot water?
Lads, I need some help.
I spend days trying to find a copy of an ebook I needed for a class, with no luck. Needed a specific edition, and found just about every damn edition BUT the one I needed.
Finally broke down and rented the ebook on Chegg, with the intent of putting the pdf out there so any other poor saps looking for that edition would have a source.
Now I can't figure out how to pull the book off of Chegg. They don't let you download it, and I'm a little tech illiterate.
Anybody can tell me how to pull down a copy of the ebook, so I can share it?

I agree, you're pretty fucked.
think on the bright side, the 950 and 460 are way too shitty to play anything anyway so it doesn't really matter short term
in the long term you will have to buy a new card sooner

just return it
