Before i do anything stupid...
Is the KingRoot app for rooting my phone reliable?
I checked the XDA Forums and they don't seem to have a forum topic for my phone.
yes do it anon
>>56249903
It will root your phone but you can uninstall it after since it's bloat
It works but from my experience its all guessing because its all written in chinese speak
where does /g/ stash porn?
hard mode - no root directories, system32, program files, c:\ and shit like that
Why do you need to stash your porn? Still live with mommy and daddy? lol

Just started attending college and I am looking for an ultra book to buy so I can shitposter and play yugioh when I should be paying attention in class.
What are some of the best ultrabooks out there?
>>56249771
>Yu-Gi-Oh!
Noice.
lol schoolcucks
why go into debt if you aren't really wanting to learn shit? You could stay at home and play yugioh on your home pc
>>56249771
cheap and shitty chromebook imo, they can go as low as $200
Hi /g/,
I work as a clerk in a Courthouse, and earlier I had the idea to use macros to automate repetitive tasks that we have to do practically every day. Do you guys know of any macro recording programs that a bunch of my 40 year old women-coworkers would be able to learn? Preferably something that would simply record/repeat initial mouse movements, clicks, and typed words.
An example of what we have to do:
>Type in case number one
>Schedule hearing in case for a specific date/time
>Print Notice of Hearing
>Add Notice of Hearing to case memorandum
>Change file location
>Type in case number two
>Repeat 30 to 40 times
Typically when we do this, the only step that would change would be the case number that we have to type in. Hearing date/time would not change, as we stack cases that have the same hearing type and they go through them one by one in Court. All of this is done within our in-house Court software.
Thanks for any help guys.

Are you typing this into text file templates? Or do you have a program where you are entering into boxes? If you are using text files it would be very easy to automate using scripts. I would recommend using a scripting language like Python or Ruby. Im assuming youre using windows so you cant use bash commands to handle things like line numbers.
Buy pic related, its understandable to people who dont program.
>>56250090
Yes we're entering data into text boxes within a program. For the process I outlined earlier, every time we enter in data it's after clicking into another window. Does this program allow for that?
Actual scripting would be way too advanced for the people that I work with. I'd either be running tech support non-stop or they wouldn't use it at all. I'm looking for something that would just record mouse movements and clicks the first time you do something, then you could copy the steps and add slight changes each time (like entering in a new case number/identifier), then run the macro until everything is entered.
So, my brother just got a search warrant served to him earlier today and he got arrested. The charge is child porn, they took confiscated his computer, iPhone, etc. I know for a fact that someone online transferred that onto his computer. My question is, are they able to see the records at the isp as how that file was transferred to clear his name, or is he screwed either way
>>56249607
>watching cp
You deserve to be arrested
>>56249607
> I know for a fact that someone online transferred that onto his computer.
Fucking how, you have no way to know that unless you're monitoring the network.
He uses windows and watch cp. He deserved it.
>>56249607
>Your brother was watching CP
>expects that it's not a honeypot and nothing will happen
I Hope you weren't involved in this, anon.
Is there anywhere with a free 3d model of a persons real head? Like something you can turn around and view from all angles, preferably realistic. Thank you very much.

When you automate the complete import process start to finish
>Runs an export hourly from the HR system
>Generates the printer cost centre information automatically
>Imports the account into ad
>Automatically sets groups based on fields from export
>Emails me when the process is complete
Just got into today and saw my email "3 new users added". FUCKING BUENO
More automation stories?
It gives me hope for working a soulless IT job
That's all I fucking did at a web hosting job I had once. The fools were doing everything by fucking hand, I came along and fixed that.
>automated adding accounts
>automated SQL management
>automated email management
>automated IT ticketing
>automated domain registration
The company has mutated into other companies at this point but I figure they still probably owe me money for that shit.
>>56249758
I wonder if you ended up costing anyone their job
So, /g/, if there are engineers or phone savvy people around here... would you change your motherboard?
I'm seeing some really weird stuff here, motherboards range from 5$ to 450$ for no reason I can percieve. What difference does cheap and expensive motherboards do on an iPhone?
Discuss.
>>56249520
Bump.
>>56249520
I have a new motherboard coming in the mail. Going to replace my current one. It just involves unscrewing and unplugging shit; no big deal.
Motherboards are only difficult/impossible to change if you have a prebuilt.
>What difference does cheap and expensive motherboards do on an iPhone?
Oh, nevermind this is a troll thread. Have a nice sage.
>>56250134
>Oh, nevermind this is a troll thread. Have a nice sage.
Literally not a troll thread, I'm not very savvy in tech and I'd like to see what people think about this.
Anyone remember in early Windows 7 or maybe Vista advertisements the Windows logo was this weird whimsical hand drawn looking thing? Like something out of a DS game?
Bitch is blowing a pig
>The windows logo was the weird whimsical hand drawn looking thing
What?
>>56250318
It was in advertisements. I can't remember if it was for Vista or 7, but it was like a kind of cutesy windows logo. It wasn't used for anything outside of the advertisements though.
I'm looking to upgrade from my aging GTX 770 and Acer 24inch TN monitor.
Do you guys think that the MSI GTX 1080 and ASUS ROG PG279Q will go on a decent sale around Black Friday?
>being a poorfag
Just go buy AMDoodoo like the poor street shitter you are
no, I don't think so. There's a better odds on a midrange card going on sale but expect everything else to go up in price
black friday is months away... and most of what they sell is absolute garbage
Why aren't you using wireless headphones and earphones yet?
It's not 2012 anymore, battery life isn't shit, they don't sound like shit, and they don't cost an arm and a leg anymore.

What do you think Mozilla will do for this very special edition
Do you think the new logo has something to do with it
Do you think they will stop adding version numbers like Apple did and Microsoft is going to do
We'll know soon
>>56249470
Just because Mozilla went full retard with version numbering doesn't make it anything special.
>>56249949
>version number incrementing every six weeks not something special
>>56250046
It's not.
Sick of this shit OS' default programs, anyone know a good alternative to Win Photo Viewer?
