Someday I saw a post here in 4chan with the large image different than its thumbnail. I found it interesting and I googled how to do it. Only thing I found was a png tutorial with a weak effect that sucks. The image in that post was .jpg btw, with perfect quality.
Do you guys have any idead how is it made? Was that just a bug or is it possible to do intentionaly?

Used to be able to get 4.7ghz on 1.3v(1.312 irl), now it's fucking up even at 4.5ghz.
Stress tests are fine, nothing crashes. Now things will freeze randomly, not even under stress. Watching youtube, all that shit.
