Delete this, you sexist pig. Women have a voice too, and we demand you refer to these as either Diva Sticks or DonGurls.

How about dongals

Are there any new cases similar to this one nowadays? No audio, usb or floppy slots on the front, etc..
can you repeat the question?
>>56290438
What? Dont trot that cheap fucking garbage out as some sort of equal to the glorious case OP posted...
What is actually wrong with IE, and by shouldn't I use it?
shameless bump
>>56290222
It pains me to see such wasted trips.
If IE runs well for your daily use there's no reason not to use it.
>>56290222
Because it's full of widely known security holes and even casual browsing will put you in danger of infecting your computer.
What is your opinion of Steve Jobs?
Glad he's dead and gone.
>>56290226
You know, in a perfect world, Steve Wozniak would be running Apple today, and Steve Jobs would be in a mental institution.
Wozniak is a certifiable genius. He created two of the most popular/influential computers of all time, by himself, in a garage. In another example, when Steve Jobs got the contract to make Breakout for Atari, he let Wozniak build it for him. And, as any genius would, he blew through the design, working four days straight, ending up with roughly 50 chips in his design, way lower than Atari expected. As such, they gave a bonus in the thousands of dollars. But as it would turn out, the design was so complex that Atari's engineers couldn't understand it well enough to make whatever minor modifications they wanted, and ended up scrapping it. They went back to a design with over twice as many chips, designed by their own non-genius engineers.
Of course, Steve Jobs didn't give Wozniak one cent of that bonus, nor did he even tell him about it. Jobs gave him $350, and kept the rest for himself, despite having done none of the work. But we all know Steve Jobs is a greedy motherfucker, so that's beside the point.
Steve Jobs is also responsible for some of the biggest failures at Apple. Wozniak warned them that the Lisa was a bad idea, and tried to make suggestions, but nobody listened. It was Jobs's project that time, and so Jobs said "fuck expandability", and slapped together a piece of shit. Wozniak had no influence on the machine, and as a result, we saw Jobs's true talent at computer design. Or lack thereof.
Jobs's ineptitude, and his raging temper which he had no problem of unleashing on the employees, resulted in him getting kicked out of his own company. The one which he built on the back of a genius, who he had no qualms in having taken advantage of to get there.
Doh, too long, will continue next message.
Nothing of value was lost. The fuckers a glorified PR machine.
I just spent the last 2 weeks installing Arch Linux. I'm not even fucking joking. The install process is just the most convoluted and confusing fucking procedure ever. I followed the beginner's guide many times. It wouldn't be a problem if the fucking guide actually explained to me in plain English WHAT THE FUCK the commands even. Then maybe I wouldn't have made so many typos due to mindlessly copying commands straight from the page.
It wasn't even the typos that set me back the most, it was that it kept asking me fucking edit files. How the fuck am I supposed to edit files when I'm on a fucking command line? There is no Word or notepad ++ to open to edit the files.
It asked me to edit sources.list and after spending around a fucking hour trying to figure out how to even get to the file without a fucking mouse cursor and I couldn't figure out how to edit it. You can't do that shit from the command line.
I used the famed 'pacman' (who the fuck names a command after an ancient video game?) to install note pad ++ but all it gave me was errors.
Anyone who uses this awful command line bullshit is a fucking time wasting retard. Use a real OS for fuck's sake.
Should've installed Gentoo. The handbook for installation is hands-down retard-proof.
Nice memes

i'll take the bait
i don't even have much experience with linux other than mint but i printed out the installation guide from the wiki and followed it. it only took me about 15 minutes.

It's actually idiot-proof, OP, and with that, it's faggot proof!

Nothing to see here, move on
I've had a problem with my computer for over a year and I've been delaying getting it fixed because of this.
I have many thousands of dollars of pirated things and I'm afraid he'd see it and report it per rules.
I made the mistake of getting an iMac a few years ago and there's a mysterious hardware defect. I don't trust myself to open it, 99% chance I'd break it.
Obviously the only real problem is that I got a mac, but answer this as a hypothetical. If you had some problem that you couldn't fix without replacing every part one by one and for some reason couldn't back up your hdd / take it out, what would you do?
>>56290153
I'd save as many files as I'd see fit, wipe the rest, turn in for repairs
Just delete them from your drive, duh. You can always copy them back from your backup.
You do have a backup, right?
How about buying licenses for your softwares instead of being a nigger?
Is there a script to download/copy random post (text only) like accel spammer did? None of the spamming business, just this. I'd like to use this function to snatch a random post from catalog on a 8ch board.
>>56290107
Hold on a sec, I can whip something up for you.
>>56290107
you should be able to do this yourself with your favorite programming language in less than 60 minutes.
>>56290115
Really? That would be cool.
>>56290123
Thought it could be pretty easy, but I cannot into coding, sorry.

Whats with retards spending 3k on a pc only to use it on a $100 24 inch TN panel?
Same kind of people who perpetuate GPU wars.
>>56290031
This hits the nail hard.
I don't know. To me I have to use good monitors to work with regardless of the build itself for color sensitive work.
I gave away a $20ish 1440p panel away because it was too dim.
people should atleast get a 144hz with their 3k pc

What could be so important you HAVE to get ahold of me now?
http://www.wsj.com/articles/chip-card-nightmares-help-is-on-the-way-1470163865
>After pulling out the stopwatch for over 50 transactions at various retailers in recent days, I can confirm that it takes twice as long to pay with a chip card than with a card swipe or mobile payment—on average, 13 seconds versus 6 seconds.
>Think about it this way: If you made two purchases every day for a year with a chip card instead of a swipe or smartphone, you’d spend 85 extra minutes at the checkout counter. That’s nearly an hour and a half of your time, to give someone your money.
Can we get rid of the chip card meme or have we doomed ourselves to the slow checkouts of Europe for the forseeable future?
what's the point of chip cards exactly, more security?
>>56290065
Yes, they cryptographically sign each transaction which makes a simple clone of the card impossible.
>>56289988
>being this much of a wageslave that saving 85 minutes a YEAR "means" something for you
How did we go from this....
.... to this?
The games in the first graph were made to work on old gen consoles which had at most 512 MB of lower clocked ram, while Fallout 4 was made to work with current gen consoles which have 8 GB of GDDR5 ram. I assume you can connect the dots here.
Ok /G/ need some PC building help, basically I need your recommendation for a CPU cooler for my build uograde, gots me a i5 4690k already and I'm soon to buy a Phanteks Enthoo Pro case, so aesthetics are important. so would you recommend a air cooler such as a Be Quiet! Dark Rock 3 (or any other sweet looking air cooler that won't ruin the aesthetic due to my windowed side panel) or a liquid cooler such as a Kraken or a Corsair (not h100i as I have that currently and it's a piece of broken shit)
Pic semi-related but damn I love this build, also what Cooler is that and is that any good for me?
Cheers in advanced guys!
dont mount the window panel.
and buy a 2.0HP aircond and place the aircond blower in front of your case opening
>>56289917
You'll get less noise with something like the Be Quiet! or a PH-TC14PE.
>>56290084
What do I use to replace the pannel? Does it come with a spare that's windowless?
