I can get pic related for cheap from a shop that's about to go under, should I pull the trigger?

my GPU died recently and I'd rather spend my money on my pets than replacing it with a GTX 1060 / RX 480

plus it has a 384 bit bus memory, if I overclock it won't it perform great at 1080p for another year or so at least?

I can't decide if I should go with the Intel 540 or the Samsung Evo 750.
I have a budget of 80 bucks.

What is the difference between Samsungs SSD and Intels 16nm built one?

Intel has 5 years warranty, slightly lower writing speed.
