Am I going crazy or just not searching the right key words. Like I know someone who doesn't pay for 3g data they just use a devices and usb tether it to their computer and they have internet and have not paid a monthly bill ever. It's not the best internet but it works for most things. I tried searching unlimited 3g data plans without a monthly bill and nothing comes up and on ebay people are trying to sell unlimited data plans that come with a monthly bill for thousands. wtf how does one acquire an unlimited data plan without a monthly bill?

I use Brief add-on for Firefox...in my Pale Moon. Updates every 2 hours. It does what I expect it to do, so I'm content. I don't use a web reader because I want the unread counter on my toolbar, and there aren't (m)any add-ons that would be compatible with web readers AND Pale Moon.
I'm subscribed to a bunch of web comics, some local news sites, and several tech-related sites/blogs.
