Thinking about downgrading back to Windows 7 from Windows 10. Should I do it /g/? Persuade me to your opinion whether it says that I should stay on Windows 10 or go back to Windows 7.

Which torrent client is the best for me?
I need something:

• lightweight
• no-bullshit, no ads
• supports magnet links
• includes RSS reader
• Supports categorization & subfoldering (i.e. category "Cartoons" makes files download to "Cartoons" subdirectory)
• import & export torrent list & settings OR portability (portability is preferable) <-- IMPORTANT!
• Open-source (because freedums)

I've been using qBittorrent for years and it's been mostly serviceable. Unfortunately, it's a buggy piece of shit and an absolute ass trying to port from system to system. I'm formatting my PC on a bi-monthy basis and I'm really sick and tired of its bullcrap.

Deluge werks fine
Well, I considered it, but it's basically the most popular choice out there after uTorrent, and a general rule of thumb popular = somehow bad

>Coffee lake increasing ipc for Intel again

Intel new CPU i3 8350k performance is topping current i7 with bigger clocks, showing that Intel indeed managed to increase ipc.
It seen so far, Intel is raising the bar and introducing very interesting improvements over.

8700k is probably delivering both single thread and miltithread killer performance, further increasing the gap between Zen and Intel.

first for TR isn't made for gaymen
its just a 5% gain in IPC but that multi thread is impressive for a intel product

Wait 1 hour for it to cool off, try again. Might be overheat protection.

Otherwise, open er up and look for any burnt spots.

Are these things worth it?

I've seen models ranging from $5 to $500, but they all seem to just be a bunch of fans inside a case. What's the difference?

even shitty cheap ones work quite well in my experience. i've never had a "gaming laptop" but back when i was a teenager playing WoW on mediocre (shit) laptops, these cooling pads were a godsend for me.
no, clean your laptop and replace thermal paste.
Only if you have a shitty overheating ayylienware.

Post your custom ThinkPad BIOS logo lads.

pic not mine but i want ideas, also the 30kb limit is pretty restricting.
>the 30kb limit
what filetype?

can you explain to me why would anyone buy a phone like pic related?

probably same reason anyone buys iphone
Because they like cars? Dicks like that buy a sticker for their car that says FORD or whatever for hundreds of currency
for the same reason people decide to compile Gentoo from scratch

they want to be better than pleb

God I hate that retard show.

Anyway get a used thinkpad, thats what 90% of people here will recommend. I think betweein the X220 or t420 your should be okay. The t420 is probably the best option.
this is literally perfect for you

Thanks, I too found that to be the case prior to this post.

Lol, I do have suicidal thoughts, but it's alright.
