And iPoor users call Android users poor. The reason people use Android is because of its openness and usability. Not everyone wants a locked-down mobile OS that can't even download files through its browser or transfer music and videos through a standardized drag-and-drop interface. If you don't care about the additional features Android offers then there's no problem with getting an iPhone, but for those that do there's no way they'd ever think about using an iOS device.

So I bought some DC-DC converters from Ali and thought I'd make a little review for anons who are into electronics.
The biggest, top left board is a LM2596S variable step-down converter. The voltage display is a nice addition, it's pretty responsive to the voltage changes. However, it'd certainly use more filtering on the output. $1.58 as of the time I bought it.
Those two little, red boards are fixed 5V step-down boards, made specifically for USB devices. Works well with most phones and other usb gimmicks. The voltage is stable enough as it has two beefy caps on the output. It's surge current was about 2.5A, so little over 12 watts. It's small size is a bonus. $1.12 per board as of the time I bought it.
Those four little boards on bottom right are Li-ion protection/charging boards. Micro USB port makes it easy to charge. The IC cuts off the voltage to the load at exactly 3.0V and charges up to 4.19V. Also it has two indicator LEDs - blue for low battery, red for charging. Works well enough for DIY projects with unprotected cells. $0.33 per board.
The rest are DC-DC variable step-up converters. The bigger one is XL6009-based. It has good output filtering and the voltage is stable. I recommend this one for bigger loads. $0.88 per board.
Those three smaller boards are MT3608-based step-up converters. These have good capabilities for their size, however they lack output filtering. If I ever use them then I'll add at least a 470uF cap. $0.44 per board.
/yeah I've been waiting for a new thread to post this/
Has anyone else had weird experiences with dhl? Look at this clusterfuck. Back & forth and still ends up in the wrong fucking place.
Redpillme on ebikes
Are they just a new meme? Or the future of cheap and easy commuting?
ebikes are bikes for faggots who cant pedal.
>>56836613
ebikes are bikes with electric engine
i slapped 50ccm 2-stroke engine on my bike, it's amazing. I can use streets, bike lanes, i can ride with engine off if i'll run out of fuel, it burns something around 2l/100km. Perfect for going around the city, i can bypass traffic jams, i can use bike lanes if streets are crowded, and i don't need to register it at all since it's not motorbike.
For the money to you pay for an ebike, might as well get a moped.

What's up with whiny bitches wanting smaller phones? 4.7-5.8 inch is ideal.
5.2 inch + is perfect.
Anything less and you're a fucking manlet.

Phablets are the big jacked up trucks of the tech world, enjoy overcompensating with a phone that's bigger than your dick.
>>56833601
people that want an actual PHONE not a swindle
If you are a flaming homosexual carrying a purse, sure, oversized phones are good.
If you are regular person carrying it in your pocket in your pants then 5" is the absolute maximum. I want my phone to fit comfortably in my pocket, not having to pay attention when I sit down or feel it when I move around.
Naturally it also depends on your typical use. Texts, calls, a few simple apps then smaller screens are more than enough. If you want to play games, read articles/news/whatever or try and do some actual work, then I see why a big screen is handy but then again I don't see why you don't just use an actual computer or if you absolutely must, a tablet.
I know this is probably bait but I felt like typing something anyway.
Is Java the go to beginner programming language?
C
Python, probably
but there's always babbier shit
>>56833101
Why would you suggest that to someone who's never programmed before.
>>56833086
OP, I'd start with python. It's easy to get the hang of, and it's more important to understand the logic behind programming than it is to use a low level language for cool points.
