What is the /g/ approved method of printing?

I've never had a printer before, what should I buy? What is the Thinkpad and Gnu/Linux of printing?

How to optimize ink and not spend a small fortune on the printer ink cartel?

I've done that for years.

Either printed at school or (later) work.

But I want my very own printer now

Can neural networks/machine learning be used in CPU design optimization? Is it reasonalbe to believe that chip makers are using artificial intelligence to do this kind of thing?

Seems like if it's possible, it could perhaps postpone the death of moores law a little bit.

Seriously though, Fuck Google.

They just killed off the only good thing about Android.

Also consider AOSP dead in the water now too

Oh well, iPhone and iOS has been better for years anyway, Google just wants to make a generic iPhone for the same price.

Look guys, I know this thread will probably be shut down because of some board rule. I don't know where to turn to.

I'm a stupid poor student son of a bitch who just recently saved up my hard earned shekels to buy a replacement laptop for the one I've owned for over 5 years that's been on it's last leg for about a year now. I bought an Acer Aspire r14 little over a month ago for $980.

I just spilled coffee over it about 3.5 hours ago. I'm so depressed. I have no money to fix it, and the warranty doesn't cover liquid damage.

Here's how it all went down:

>After the spill I quickly dried it off with paper towel (used half the roll just to be sure) and flipped it upside down for it to dry
>I've been using a fan to dry it off for 2 hours, placing it right to the laptop's vents etc
>As it was drying, i noticed that the LED indicators on the side for the battery were on, but were indicating that the battery was low (I didn't think about this at the time, but maybe that was also an indication that I didn't power it off, as it powered off right in front of my eyes on its own)
>I waited two hours of constant fanning (with it being unplugged), and decided to turn it on to see if it did the trick
>It didn't turn on, so I connected the power cord to it and tried turning it on to no avail.

I don't know what to do. I can't afford to repair it or replace it. I just bought it and I have all my class notes on it. I feel extremely depressed and down with nowhere to go.

Do you have any advice for me? Should I attempt to take it apart and dry it/ clean it myself? If so, how? There are a lot of material on the internet on how to clean it- but not one that's specific to my laptop (one where the battery doesn't come off). Please help

tl;dr, I spilled coffee on my Acer Aspire r14 and it doesn't turn on after I dried it off and fanned it out for 3 hours. I can't afford to repair/replace it. What should I do? Can I fix it myself?

Condolences on the death of a loved one (your PC)

You could try a PC repair shop, they might have the tools and know-how to fix it but will likely charge you just to look at it.

Alternatively you could rip the hard drive out of it and plug it in something else (assuming the coffee spill didnt damage the hard drive you may be able to recover your files)

I have under $190 left in my bank account, I called a few and they said the cost will range between $120-200 depending on the condition its in. I have to go grocery shopping like today because I have run out of food. Fuck. I have rent to pay still, and I don't get my paycheck until the 15th. I haven't felt this depressed in a long time.

Oh how wrong you are, but please, dig up your outdated Witcher 3 benchmarks and any other goyworks Benchmarks you can find.

Well coded games are finally balanced on BOTH Manufacturers on 9/10 modern releases, rather than closed source Black box shit that looked worse than TressFX.
