So what's the best AD blocker?
Is there a decent one, not controlled by mafia-like jews, that doesn't infect you with shit and doesn't actually give a free pass to some ads?

TELL ME WHY I SHOULDN'T BUY THIS RIGHT NOW /G/! I was waiting to see what the Google Pixel had to offer, and the lack of external storage turned me off completely and the price of it starting wise. The HTC10 is on sale right now and I think it's a good upgrade from having the Moto X Pure right now. Thoughts?

I bought a smartphone for 150$ CAD,
Blue R1 HD, got 2gb RAM and external. Could not be happier.

I don't need 2GB+ RAM. If I do, I'd rather get that on a tablet.

What's a good alternative to Actual Multiple Monitors? Ideally I want some simple light freeware that allows me to have multiple taskbars and different monitor backgrounds.

Standard Windows 8.1 is ass. Any suggestions?

Somebody has got to have a recommendation.
>>
>>56928798
i recommend actual multiple monitors or linux which has that shit built into the X server.

>multiple taskbars and different monitor backgrounds
Ultramon does this for me on Windows 7. No idea how it works on 8. Trialware, IIRC.

I use winsplit revolution to have keyboard shortcuts for various window sizes and positions. Makes Windows into almost a tiling manager. Also works for me on 7, no idea about 8. No longer under development. Freeware, I think.

I also recommend actually getting multiple monitors. I have six, across two machines. It's nice, I can't imagine going back to one.

So with the new pixel phone out, anyone want to talk about google fi? is it worth it?anyone on it? i'm on verizon with grandfathered unlimited but shit is too expensive.

I'm on Google Fi with a nexus 6p currently, avg bill about 50$ as high as 80 if I forget to turn wifi back on.

Pre ordered a pixel XL through Fi, get a free daydream headset and I'm financing it through Fi (0%)

Havent not had service anywhere, that being said sprint sucks for data it's shit, I'll use the switch command to force to T-Mobile.

Call and text are fine on both. I think I dropped one call once on the old version of the Fi app

Ultimately figure out how much data you use and if it makes it worth it
>>
RingPlus is better because its cheaper. I bought 5x with fi but switching to ringplus now

It's the only way to get decent audio through Bluetooth, but why would you use wireless headphones for music listening?

Now that the dust has settled, can we all agree the iPhone is the best flagship device? Unless you are poor and want cheap chink shit (nothing wrong with that), lets all agree Apple has won in the high end. Their competitors are all garbage, IEDs or poor knock offs. I think we should stop discussing phones from now on, because all questions have been answered.

It's time to transition to advanced dumbphones that accept SD cards. Something like Nokia.

Just preordered the best cell phone on the market.

Argue all you want about menial specs, Google simply makes the best phones. The Nexus line has been absolutely perfect. Phones ran like butter, lasted forever and were continually supported. Anyone who has used a Nexus knows that this kind of perfection is worth paying a premium.

Enjoy your cheap Chinese phones or iPhones. Glad I'm not poor.

Used to use Teamviewer until they got hacked.

It should still be reliable as long as you don't have it on 24/7.

ssh is all you need

?? For a CS person, ssh is all the remote access you need.

If you think you need more, switch to an associate's degree in MIS.
