>Yahoo was just revealed to be the very first US internet company to build a program, at the request of US Intelligence Services, to search every single incoming message of every single user in real time.
>Let me say that again. Every. Single. Incoming. Message. Every user.
>This is an absolutely unprecedented privacy violation. Surveillance experts and former government officials are saying they have never seen such a broad demand for real-time digital surveillance, nevermind one that calls for the creation of a new computer program. This program, essentially a wire-tap on the web, is beyond the scope of any of the already overreaching surveillance laws currently on the books.

Is the Vive really worth the $200 extra. Try to convince me. I'm about to go buy an Oculus RTift.
Don't buy into VR anon.
Buy Oculus, Vive and PS VR and shove them all in your ass and fuck off from /g/ forever you unworthy piece of smelly nigger shit.
>>56956711
Oculus touch and room is $200, so they are the same price, though you do get an xbox controller.
is there anyway to crack a cpu(brain of pc)? i really want to get up to some mischief.
Fuck you and fuck off. You will only get shitposts in return for shitposting. You are an idiot and you should be elsewhere.
amd cpu runs on anime. you cum on it to feed them and unlock the cpu
intel cpu runs on little jew faeries. you have to feed computer money to maybe please them enough to let you take a peek at their secrets
in case you're curious, nvidia's hardware requires you to be married in order to unlock

Drafted some shit to make viewing webms and mp4s in chrome/browser easier. Just create a bookmarklet and put this in the url. This works for file structures and 4chan threads. New to coding, tell me what you think and what I can improve
http://pastebin.com/GszNm3JM
>>56956518
I can already watch webms in chrome without any "fixes."
Why would you aim to expand a browser that
1. Already has some of said features
2. Should not have such support to begin with
I hate the broswer for doing everything sort of thing.
When I click a webm I've saved on my computer, I don't want to wait for the browser, all its extensions plugins and addons, and whatever media file to be copied and loaded into the browser.
If anything, it would be nice if other programs could handle webm better.
Not sure about mpv, but mpchc has a lot of trouble with the vp8 video for some reason.
Maybe that's an issue with my mpc build though.
The point is though, don't try to reinvent the wheel, and please don't encourage browser bloat and the death of the desktop as the main screen of the computer.
>>56956674
Webm was a format made for internet browsers you fucking retard
>>56956674
mpv plays vp8 and vp9 perfectly
I think we can all agree the botnet has to be destroyed. The only way to fully remove the botnet from Earth is through an EMP covering the entire planet. What technology could I use to achieve this? If I hacked into the Large Hadron Collider, would it be able to produce an EMP of this magnitude?
>>56956463
no
gotta wait for solar flares
>>56956463
nuclear weapons duh
EMP won't burn the books teaching how to create more of the semiconductors with hardware backdoors in them, designed from the beginning to be the new, reborn technology [of invigilation and no privacy].
Alright /g/
I need some ideas to develop a big data system for my final year project
Ideally it should be something that integrates multiple sources of data (even in different formats) and after applying different machine learning algorithms produces some insights from that data
I can't think of a problem or data sets I could use for this
Anyone have any ideas?

1. write a webcrawler for 4chan
2. get posts from /g/, /v/, /pol/, /b/ and /mlp/ over one month
3. map/reduce posts to topics/badwords/..
4. do some analytical circlejerking with some figures
5. come back here and post results
>>56956453
do like a german anon did once
get all 4chan posts/information and try to separate them by user, using writing patterns and shit like that

Can anybody recommend phones that look similar to this (Oukitel k10000)? I love the design of this phone, bud sadly, I fear it won't work on AT&T's 3G/4G in the US after reading reviews. Metal phones are always a plus. But really, any good phones <$300 will work. Suggest away /g/ents.
I suggest you go fuck yourself with this shit thread.

>No keyboard
Shill elsewhere.
why the fuck doesn't it charge over USB type C, the full sized USB is a requirement, but come on it's 2016.
Why don't more keyboards have the ten key pad on the left side? There are a few under the name "left hand keyboard" but they really are proper right hand keyboards.
I don't know if my little illustration brings it across, having the ten key pad on the left side allows the mouse to at a much more relaxing angle while still having the keyboard centered with the screen.
Am I the only one who cares for this?

Hi,
I need some help to understand .htaccess and URL Rewriting,
Actually, my site works if user use an url like this:
mysite.local/index.php?q=register&v=index&p=params
I want to rewrite this to:
mysite.local/register/index/?p=params
or something more "pretty".
Actually I write this:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?q=$1&v=$2&p=$3 [QSA,L]
But this don't works very well... And I can't find easy explanation to do exactly what I want, but seems achievable, cause' some framework do it.
(I understand what does the RewriteCond, but the writing of RewriteRule is not very clear to me)
>>56955857
You know how RegEx work?
Try something like this: ^\?q=(.*)&\?v=(.*)&\?q=(.*)$
See:
>>56956479
Ah wait, I got it backwards..
You want something like this:
RewriteRule ^(.*)/(.*)/(.*)$ index.php?q=$1&v=$2&p=$3 [QSA,L]
Bascially you should look into Regular Expressions, you grab what's inside the braces.
>>56955857
There is no point in "pretty URLs".
