A couple of months ago, they enabled a law requiring most (if not all) software in used in their government to be open source..
And now, the country's largest media is basically telling people to cover up their computers' webcams with tape (when they're not using them - more on this later). They mention that James Comey, the director of FBI is doing this, and Mark Zuckerberg had been caught doing this too.
The reason for this news? Fucking Adobe Reader exploits that when abused, could let hackers use your camera and microphone.
