>Processor (CPU)AMD A10-7860K Quad Core APU (3.6GHz) & Radeon™ R7 Series Graphics
Why get a APU when you are already getting a RX 460.
And I just got my RX 460, and liking it.
>>57113045
so change the processor for something like-
AMD Athlon X4 880K Quad Core CPU (4.0GHz/FM2+) or should I just remove the graphics card...would this R7 series be enough to cover graphic design work?
almost all of the other AMD processors come with the R7 graphics on the site I am building on.
this is my first pc build
>APU and discrete GPU at the same time

What fonts do you use, /g/? I realized that I've been a pleb and haven't went through my browser font settings since my last OS install, so I'm looking for some good options.
Some of the ones I've been looking at so far:
-Helvetica Neue (not free or open source, but always a decent choice)
-Roboto
-Droid Sans
-Open Sans
-Ubuntu
-Fontin-Sans
Using Ubuntu for browsers
werks fine here

Watch the samshit defebse force say yeah it doesnt matter but apple removing the jack is the end of the world
It was always illegal to bring recalled batteries on airplanes neither is the END OF THE WORLD please. We just get to make more funny iPhone dongle jokes and you get to make funny bomb jokes. What WILL be the end of the world is if the public loses confidence in cellphone safety as a whole, and that's a bigger problem every time they increase the size of the battery.
I've bought my last Korean phone ever.

>As for GPU and performance in H3VR, let's start with the bad. And the "bad" once again is AMD's RX 480. Let me quote Roy Taylor of AMD.
>AMD makes the best GPU's for VR.
>No matter how many "Premium VR Ready" stickers AMD puts on the RX 480 box is going to change the truth that the RX 480 8GB is probably one of the worst choices you could make when purchasing a card for a VR build. The GTX 1060 6GB video card is the "same" price and a far better choice. The Radeon RX480 is the only card in our review that cannot keep the system from falling into Reprojection at the "High" IQ setting, which is the default setting for this game. And we again we had multiple BSODs while using the RX 480 as well. Falling back a few driver versions solved this. But with the latest "Hotfix" driver I would suggest that Steam VR was unusable with the AMD RX 480 video card. I only actually got Steam VR to run successfully twice out of about 12 tries with driver version 16.10.1. The RX 480 is a continued failure in VR.

>hardocp
he still mad.
VR is shit though
No games are going to use it effectively, you end up wanting to go back to a Mouse+Keyboard or a Controller instead of using the shitty controllers VR headsets come with. Its NOT worth the money.
>>57112495
>caring about vr performance
VR is only good for 2d porn games.

Is the GTX 1070 enough for absolute consistent 60fps at 1080p on full ultra with AA in all games? (Excluding retarded features like physics smoke etc)
I can't really be fucked to spend anot her $400 on a 1080 if there's no point and I don't really plan on getting a higher resolution monitor
What do you mean another $400? The GTX 1080 is like $200 more than the 1070.
>>57112331
No trouble and perhaps even an overkill
On 1440p you COULD get a few fps drop in specific cases.

Whats actually better compared to 2012 R2?
News:
> there is ram compression by default (wow)
> the standard "Desktop Server" is now not the default, by default you get the cmd only core edition, but it's there in the installer
> I upgraded from Server 2012R2 with no issue, with RDP only (!), and it came back online
> KMS activation works (NOT THAT I EVER WOULD DO THAT)
> they included the best calc in it
> pic related

I checked numerous materials, like presentations and stuff and I could not find any.
You get away from the monstrous 8.1 interface.
You get the horrible 10 interface.
Like the double Control Panel.
Ram compression too, it's there, but on a server?
A few updates came down, it's also "CUMulative" now. Eww.
Admit it: Linux was the first Unix you ever used, and now you've convinced yourself that it must be the best without considering any alternatives.
And you have the nerve to call Windows users "baby ducks."
Linux isn't UNIX.
Linux is a kernel typically used in conjunction with the GNU system, which, as the name says, is NOT UNIX.

Sad, true but nothing new. Everyone knows Linux users are weaselly hypocrites.

My job uses Google Apps for our email. So when I sign in to my work email account, I'm signing in to a Google account, and thus if I do a Google search I do so while I'm signed in to that account.
Does the admin for my job's email server have access to my search history under that account?
no but nsa does
unless you trust a MITM certificate that bypasses the pinned google one, you got no problem
still my previous point stands >>57112186
