i have a huge problem, my computer and phone might be being watched.
>computer will randomly refresh, sometimes the mouse will slowly move in fives. I have no idea what to look for in TCP view. I use windows defender. Also most firewalls block my video games.
>my phones ip address is being used for someone else who posts illegal things on 4chan. I dont know if its a person I know or an accident.
What can i do?

I've been using babby loops for many years now, god DAMN I hate it. Is Cubase much better? I do lots of note placing by hand, I don't do any audio recording and I work with samples usually. I am an ignorant when it comes to computer specs and shit. I want to give a notebook to my gf on xmas or her birthday(close), she needs it for college but is on a bad money situation. (college is free here). With part time work, at the end of the year I will only be able to afford one of these computers:

She only needs it for college but I know she loves playing games too(gamer girl), my third option (less probably possible ) was to wait until july-august next year and buy a gaming laptop "HP Gamer base" (i dont know the specs really) or another gaming laptop near that price.

I know it's probably a sense of just knowing the ins and outs. But let's say in a learning environment, how would one gauge what to look for for "xyz" exploit/payload.
