I discovered his channel a few days ago. Here's so fucking based.
Hey. I just hit one and it got my mind wondering... Why cant we just log the infohash's of torrents being passed through the DHT swarm and then log it to a database? Instant torrent index right there.
https://github.com/eXenon/dhtcrawler
>>57140253
I dont think this uses the method of just logging the hashes other peers are looking for.
Btdigg did that. Kinda hard to see the amount of seeders/leechers.

Sorry about the request for information, but it has been hours in the WSR board, and I felt this board more relevant...
I got myself a windows tablet and it has a sticker on it with this symbol.
Can anyone tell me what this represents?
>>57140122
Not sure desu
Was the tablet from China?
>>57140211
No. Australia. It's an ASUS VivoTab Smart
I was reading a review... I think it's an indicator of the NFC chip location... but I've never seen this logo before.

If you want to know javascript then you need to be good at front-end website development, but better jobs come from having front and back-end knowledge.
Javascript libraries are basically flavor of the month, different companies can use different ones. Know how to use various popular js libraries, HTML, CSS, along with a LAMP stack or something and you'll be in good shape.
JS is okay if you don't go crazy and try to write drivers with it or go pajeet and write bullshit scripts that only slows down the web.
My personal hate at least comes from certain people using it and not so much from the language itself.
>>57140177
What are your thoughts on React and all that shit (as long as it doesn't slow down the web significantly)?
Dear god

what the fuck
why would you even tell the user
GG you just gave script kiddies a password library
Is this good for anything. I have never used it and the opinions on it here are extremely polarized. What about it is good, and what about it is bad? Do companies use it as a de-facto IDE for C#/C++ or something?
It used to be a good general purpose IDE but Jetbrains came along and did everything the right way for every language you need
It holds your hand really well
Can also be needlessly complex
Full install is like 60 fucking GIGABYTES
Will mercilessly violate your old laptop because its a resource hog
Look into .NET core for Linux instead

I don't know of too many companies that use their IDEs, but a couple of my friends have used intelliJ for jobs and sing its praises on the regular.
I used emacs for a few years since I was trying a bunch of different languages and it helped with productivity. Now I am realizing I need to settle for Java or C++/C# and I need a normal IDE geared toward either of them so I don't look autistic to employers.
I want to get a pair of "proper" speakers (budget 500€) to play music using my PC. What equipment do I need?
- Speakers
What kind of speakers? There are different types and I have no idea which serves best for listening purposes. Active ones like Yamaha HS7/8? Generally speaking, is the bass good enough for EDM? Or should I get a subwoofer as well?
- DAC/Audio interface
I have a FiiO E10K Olympus 2 that I use in combination with headphones. Can I use it to drive (correct word?) a pair of speakers? How does it compare to more expensive audio interface like the Focusrite Scarlett?
I'd appreciate any kind of help. Thanks in advance.
>>57139914
Buy a pair of bookshelves (best you can get) + an amp (Or a receiver, can cut corners here, look 2nd hand). Your DAC is fine. Save up for a sub later if you think you need it.
>>57140194
Not him but I have an unused home theater system and I want to use the sub with my satellite speakers. What should I do?
>>57140210
Just use the sub? Plug it into whatever you're using for an audio sauce. If it's a modern active sub it'll probably accept all sorts of inputs.
It should have volume/filter/phase controls so you can fiddle with it to suit the rest of your gear.

It seems Azathoth's reach is larger than we expect, as he is clearly compromising retail products.
Hmm, it seems BTN won't be able to hold up.
