I just found out that CRF mode works in VP8 but you have to provide the parameter -b:v 0 in order for it to work else VP8 will default to some retarded arbitrary vbr bitrate.

Not sure if right board but here goes
Attempting to set up a score sheet to run on a tablet pc or cell phone instead of using paper based score sheets at my local archery club.
We have a scoring system - the excel screenshot shows the scoring table - where you have up to three shots at the target and the first arrow to hit a scoring zone is the score recorded for that target
Anyway, my limited experience with excel formula is not assisting me - essentially I would like to be able to input the arrow number (1, 2 or 3) and the scoring zone (A, B or C) and have an excel formula calculate the relevant score...
Any assistance here? Or is there a more suitable board?

You can get the APK from their website. I think it's somewhat better than TOX.

laptop is dell e6530, core i5 8 gigs ram i got to replace a beat up e5550 with 2 gigs of ram. that laptop had 1400 x 900 and the screen looks 2x as good

not having facebook etc might be a real downer, but on a serious note having access to unfiltered news could be important to avoiding regional unrest
B. how to secure my data in-country from state and non-state hackers
its not like I have anything worth stealing, but my data is linked to everyone elses.
C. how to get by day to day when the programs I normally use arn't functional
china throttles the shit out of a lot of sites like google maps, sites that as a traveler I NEED
local alternatives exist no doubt, but I would have concerns about the security of my data
D. using phones with chinese networks
apparently phones arn't SIM locked, or network locked
but the plans or credit is apparently region locked or something? I'm not sure
anyone have experience here?
