Unused RAM is wasted RAM, dynamic RAM allocation should mean when your OS detects you've got plenty of free unused RAM, it's welcome to grab some for caching things.

Low RAM usage is retarded and anyone who aims for a "debloated" idle desktop just means they love waiting for their SSD or hard drive to retrieve commonly used OS elements, instead of allowing them to be cached and almost instantly retrieved from RAM.

i commonly go over 8gb with just normal shit so 16 is nice

Avoid C++ use C.
Introduction to algorithms need this book as prerequisite https://courses.csail.mit.edu/6.042/spring17/mcs.pdf

Make whole exercise.
Next learn Java or C# plus OOP, some web thing or desktop apps.

Could learn Python.

Should I get a 1060 or wait for the next series

>>
>>62271534
what resolution do you want to use it at? It's a fairly good 1080p card, if you're doing higher I'd get a 1070 or better. If you're going to wait you'll be waiting for a long time. The successor to the 1070 and 1080 probably won't be out until Q2 2018. Then a few months after that the successor to the 1060 will release.

>>62271534
Consumer volta won't be here till mid 2018. Gddr6 won't even be ramped up until 2018 and you can expect what little supply is produced before then will go to GV102 or whatever and not a 2060 model

Why are these things so expensive? Do an ebay search for Sun workstations and they're all like this

Is there that much demand from collectors or are they still used in industry?

>need to regularly download smallish, ~30 MB to 80MB files from the internet
>a SBC like raspberry pi works, but is really Overkill for just downloading a couple of small files
>a cheap Android phone does it too, but still Overkill, considering its just tiny files

Is there any way I can do this with the bare minimum resources? Like maybe an ESP8266 downloading files and saving them to an SD card over SPI maybe? Any suggestions? I'm ready to get my hands dirty

>>
>>62270490
I've never actually used an ESP8266 but from the description on their website it sounds like what you are looking for.
>>
>>62270490
Why not just use the cheep options if you already know how to do it on a pi and a phone whats the point of going out of the way to use this tiny controller... save yourself some time and hassle and just use the pi atleast you can reuse it for other things later on if you no longer need it..

The only reason AWS is successful is because Amazon makes boatloads of cash and can afford the datacenters.

America is a nation in chaos and falling apart. Most large of its recent decline is due to its corrupt banking practices! One of our founding fathers knew this day would come! Thomas Jefferson himself said "...Banking institutions are more dangerous to our civil liberties than standing armies!" Jefferson was right! America allows its banks to toy with your money! Intentionally bring people into debt! Hand out faulty loans and much much more! If you're in this country you either have felt this effect you at some point, or you're just one of the few so wealthy that you're making something off of these dirty practices! It's time American's take the country back! It's time we bring the fight to the banks!

While the banks have been eating away at our country financially they have been deflecting blame away from themselves onto immigrants and minorities Claiming jobs are being taken away. Even blaming the natural movement of production. But in reality the biggest threat isn't the immigrants. They don't even work most the jobs that have gone. It's not blacks and Latinos. It's the banks! They encourage poverty in the nation because debt means profit!

I purpose that we, the people, finally take the fight to the banks. The government will not and can not protect us. Especially in the current climate where wall street and the banks now are in the position of power within the government! We must bring down their electronic systems! Hack their systems and oust their CEOs for all their illegal money activity that we all know they do. Punish banks that hold money unjustly and give out unjust loans and freeze major accounts!

BofA is one of the good banks, JPMC and WF are the evil ones.
>>
List of demands. Lower or remove unjust fees on accounts. Stop charging overdraw fees on accounts with money on them just to bring the account into debt. Give out loans with practical sensible interest that scales with the customers ability to pay. Streamline the digital banking system without bullshit holds on people's checks. Bring back practical interest rates higher than only 1.5% max. Bring back interest earned onto checking accounts that's more than only .5% (average if any is only .1%) End all illegal back room money laundering practices. (HSBC we looking at you)

These are just some of the good goals in mind for the operation.
Anyone else down feel free to add on.
>>
There's no such thing as a good bank. BOA does many of the same things everyone else does. Their underhanded tricks that mostly effect the working class and poor so that no one notices or cares

Firstly, mp3 as of this year is now free as in free speech now that the patents have expired.

And I'm guessing you mean YouTube-mp3 the youtube-dl-disguised-as-a-service website. In which case, just use YouTube-dl.
