I've have gotten my hands on a few pieces of older hardware. My attention is currently on an ibook g4. (I also have a M0001, but that's for another day,)
I'll be doing a teardown later. (I can't find a camera) However I'm trying to think of ways to turn it into something useful. I've already crammed Debian onto it. Any ideas?

i still have my powerbook G4 from 2005. works fine, but i have no idea what to do with it, too.

>>57281941
Does the m0001 work?
>>
>>57282699
It works, but there seems to be something wrong with the floppy drive. So it technically works, but it de facto does not.

I have three questions that more or less are about the same particular problem:

1. Is there a way to make mpv remember the last window size that it used?

2.Is there a way create a streaming playlist for links? (chaining anime links together from streaming sites)

3.Is there a way to not have mpv close when a streaming video is over?

It's very annoying to resize the window every time you are on a marathon
>>
>>57281761
>2
iirc you can add urls one for each line in a file and then run from cli
mpv --playlist=file

don't know about the other two, I mainly run mpv from the cli, with no interface for music and fullscreen for videos
>>
>>57282070
That does work but unfortunately it messes with the window size when switching videos. Any ideas?

Of course not. The constant video stream to the keyboard would EAT the battery.

Are there any other concurrency-oriented languages similar to Erlang? Not just languages with some threading features, but ones designed with concurrency ingrained into the language itself.

Does it have a GUI interface?
>>
>>57281650
Yes? Where are you going with this?

Is leaning a meme? I've tried everything from bed station to treadmill station to high end chairs to standing desks to rigorous weight training to strengthen muscles and none of it solves the problem of working on a computer all day.

Never tried leaning though. The problem with standing is you get vericose veins and pain in legs. But it seems like leaning disteibutes force more evenly.

Any if you actually used one of these and have a well informed opinion on them? Probably not but you'll act like you do anyway. I didn't read your shitpost. Bye!

Is it just me, or are more people using Linux on /g/ than before?

If true, what do you think the reason is? More polished Linux desktop distros? Government spying concerns? Microsoft deciding to stop giving a shit about quality?
