material design needs to GO
>>57386877
Confirmed for not being a production developer.
Material design is a godsend. It lets devs focus on functionality rather than UI layout. Just follow the material design guidelines and it's done.
I'm actually curious on to what a typical /g/ electric bill looks like. Location? Do you always have your Computer on 24/7? How bad/good do you have it?
>>57385443

Any grognards here?
I just got an Atari 130XE from an uncle, and I'm not sure what kind of mod I'm looking at.
The EPROM is piggybacked on top of the stock bios chip, with a few good diodes thrown in. The switches are also connected somehow.
I covered the window on the EPROM, as it was open, but under the metal shield & keyboard, so I doubt it's ruined.
Might it be a region lockout mod?
I haven't powered anything on yet, but I suppose that's the next step.
>>57385415
>>57385415
Atari computers had a region lock?
why do wincucks do this
theres no point in that in the current year
what if they are actually different drives?
>>57385407
1. usually its 1 drive
2. i'd rather merge these 2 in raid
>>57385376
Neet confirmed.
Here let me open the door for you on your way out.
LXC/LXD, easy-as-fuck and efficient container system for Linux only
htop, nice and clear version of topfor i in *.mp4 ; do ffmpeg -i "$i" -vsync 2 -c:v libx265 -c:a libopus "${i%.mp4}.mkv"; done
>convert a folder from mp4 or any format of your choice to superior x265 and opus
lbzip2, a parallel version of bzip2, so works much better on multicore machines (i.e. any machine newer than 2006)for rep in {"ppa:webupd8team/java","ppa:exult-team/exult-daily","ppa:neovim-ppa/unstable","ppa:mc3man/mpv-tests"}; do sudo add-apt-repository $rep; done
add a bunch of PPAs to the software sources in one go
who doesnt know about htop

>>57386604

What are you working on, anonymous?
Haskell is currently the best language
Ordinals are numbers, therefore infinity is a number.

Is anyone still using a VGA connection?
What makes you do it?
Being a poor-fag who can't get a new monitor.
Because VGA is a Very Good Adapter
Me, because it's god's will.
In modern warfare what would the best implementation for any form of battleship or are they essentially all obsolete?
Also, general tech implemented on boats.

>Secondary guns
Found your error right there.
>>57385262
So... replace them with more main turrets?
>>57385293
Replace them with armor.
Add dual purpose guns to act as AA and secondaries.
Never actually get in a situation where you need to use secondary guns.
Would it somehow be possible to host a site without a domain?
>>57385239
Hello cat,
Yes.
Meow
>>57385239
Yes. A domain is supposed to make things easier so that you don't have to remember an ip address. Especially ipv6
Why are big corpos allowed to have their own domain name servers while a little man like me can't ?
Upgraded to an iphone 6 plus but after a month had to go back to my superior Q10. Why is this phone so damn perfect and why is the industry trying to kill it?
I prefer the Priv.
I just switched from a Q10 to a Passport, they're both amazing phones
I totally agree, ply the best phone i ever had. But it still feels weird knowing that BB is a british company :S

You can't take a computer everywhere. Simple math.
