Found this shit at the side of the street and decided to take it home. It's a Randall amp/speaker, Jaguar series and model is rs115 h with 8 ohms (I have no idea what this means). I inspected it a bit and the only problem I found was that the power port was loose in the back. I couldn't find much online, so I was wondering if you guys knew what I need so that this hunk of shit will turn on. I'm unfamiliar with the power port.
Also, I didn't know where this belonged, so I dropped it on /g/. Halp?

It's just a cab, not an amp. It's not a power port that's loose, it's another speaker cable connection. You'll need a Power Amplifier to use it. I don't think you'll find it very useful desu famalam.

What's a good lightweight laptop with a good battery life? Finally getting around to buying a laptop for university, just need something that can handle MS Office and web browsing, but a nice screen for watching movies in bed would be a plus. Battery life and being lightweight are my priorities, my back is fucked up enough without lugging around a weighty computer.
