What is the best and safest way to pirate Windows XP?
Is Vista safe from the botnet?
What will I be missing from Windows 7, if I use XP exclusively?

So what do we know from ZEN so far?
People told me to hold getting an i5/i7 to replace my phenom x4 and wait for zen.
Can I expect same/better perfromance but more affordable with zen?
>>57467769
We're not completely sure yet, but it would be reasonable to expect it to also have an impact on Intel's pricing - so either way, now is a particularly bad quarter to buy a CPU.
>>57467769
It has an IPC gain of 40% (at least) over piledriver.
>>57467769
Just wait for Cannonlake, AMD is a non-competitive joke.
I don't get the systemd hate. Especially "it's not the UNIX way" part and I fail to see the logic in not wanting a unified init.
Do people really hate systemd because it'll eventually kill distros (or turn them into config files)? What is the underlying reason for this amount of butthurt?
This looks like bait, but on the off chance it's not:
- Bloat. Systemd is bleeding all over the system of Linux, even encroaching on the kernel.
- Compliance. Systemd breaks Posix compliance. This isn't a huge deal if you don't agree with Posix, but you need to mitigate the detriment of not having such a strong standard.
- Security. Homogeneity and feature creep make potential bugs not only more likely to exist, but make the exploitation of these bugs catastrophic.
>>57467675
I like systemd just fine. It works better than the bug ridden collection of ancient shell scripts we had before. It's easy to write a service file to start daemons at boot and automatically get features like auto-restarting crashed processes. You don't need 100 lines of boilerplate like in an init script.
People who don't like it are either (1) old and opposed to any change, or (2) easily influenced by propaganda. Obviously the people doing the actual development work like systemd, or they wouldn't have integrated it into our distros.

FUCKING SOLUS SHILLS GTFO
I have an interview for an entry level security analyst tomorrow. All I have is my Security+. What the hell should I expect?
fizzbuzz
Do you have experience?
>>57467460
It's entry level, they knew all my experience was academic before interviewing me.
I've been told they're looking for someone more passionate than experienced.
How do I pretty-print a datetime in Haskell?
I have an integral value that is the number of seconds since the Epoch. I can output it as a big integer, but I want to show it as a human-readable date and time.
For example:
secToTimestamp :: Int32 -> [Char]
which returns something like:
2016-01-01 14:11:11
I could divide by (seconds in one year) to get the years since 1970, but that wouldn't take in to account things like leap seconds.
There is a function that takes seconds since midnight, but I couldn't find one that takes seconds since epoch.
Curry that shit
Do you have other gifs like that?

Nice try Hillary

I think outlook 2016 can do that
2 years ago I listened to /g/ and built my PC according to its recommendations.
Today I listened again and bought a height adjustable desk.
Holy shit this thing is awesome.

>>57466409
>easybake blog

a.) bloat
b.) poor security record
it's mainstream, good, and an already working system. /g/ wants a psuedo project timesink to piss away weeks if not months into making because they have no content to publish. for example, making their own php framework but a week into the "project" just going "ehhhhhhh" and then it never gets done.
Anyway outside of that, the only legit reason is that there are too many shitty plugins for it and then it becomes windows 95 in which nobody can upgrade because the site owner thinks they need this plugin even if you're fully mvc capable or can just replace it with a couple lines of html for that matter. Assuming you manage it properly, wordpress is a perfect CMS.
Is the LG G5 any good?
Nice camera, screen, but flawed with its metal housing and the modular design. Wait for the G6, or go big and get a V20 or move to Japan and buy a V34.
Also I personally dislike the big top and bottom bezels and the removal of the backfacing buttons.
>>57466406
It's a fantastic phone in both idea, design and function.
How horrible that it had to be made by LG

SHOULD WE REPLACE PHONE BATTERIES TO DOUBLE THE BATTERY LIFE????
You know damn well that using third party batteries is a good way to brick your device.
(Goy)
>>57466573
But double the battery life for cheap price is pretty good.
Also the reviews seems positive!!!
>>57466195
Thanks OP I replaced battery in phone she hiss at penis.
It's a shame this piece of shit is so popular you are nearly forced to use it.
Can we agree this app fucking sucks
>Gets mad when you root
>Gets mad when you use Xposed
>Doesn't take a picture, just a screenshot
>Background services super battery hungry
>Developers openly hate Android and put minimal effort into the platform
>Doesn't let you use third party versions so you can at least escape their shittyness

We need to tell Donald Trump that United States is 14th in average internet speeds. He can't stand being loser, right?

Nobody fucking cares about people living in the sticks 20 miles away from the nearest city.
laying fiber in place of copper isn't going to be the main problem, like most people expect it to be
there is still a remarkable about of congestion on the hardware
>>57466082
My national country is in second place, good enough I guess.
Trump should do something about the bad infrastructure in America compared to Europe and Asia (the rich parts/countries).

Never mind. I figured it out. It seems that they installed right after all. All the programs are running, but I need to figure out how to get them running from simple commands on the command line.
Can anyone help me with aliases? Do I just copy the path to the program file and use that to make the command in bash.rc?
>>57465899
Actually, that entry isn't just throwing me back to grub, it's also giving an error: invalid sector size 65535
There were other inconsequential errors the first time so I missed that
