Running them at the same will affect their respective results as they each use the CPU moderately to quite heavily.

I doubt OP was retarded enough to run them at the same time
Each application provides different set of tests, so they show different results

n00b overclocking question... is it better to crank up the BCLK or the CPU multiplier?
what actual chip on the motherboard controls BCLK and the multiplier?
>>57580048

try /diy/
>>57580048
>BCLK
overclocks every other component, not good
>CPU multiplier
only overclocks the CPU, go with that.

Made my day, OP.
I'll start with a question, Im deploying FreeIPA on a VPS.
I have a domain name, what's the best DNS setup you think anons (I really don't fully grasp DNS).
FreeIPA configures its own bind server, but I would like it to be resolvable without configuring dns on the clients.
Tl:Dr how do I make my domain name publicly resolvable with bind?
Tyty
How long should I expect the lifetime of a PSU and a hard drive to be? I've pretty much replaced every part in my computer by this point with new shit other than the harddrive and PSU that I've had for like five years. I'm too lazy to transfer all my shit or upload it to a cloud, and I really don't want to have to strip the PSU out and rewire everything.
You should be doing regular backups regardless.
>>57579986
PSUs degrade over time. It's probably only putting out 80% or less of its rated max power at this point. Hard drives vary by brand and model, but at five years you should at least be keeping good backups.

We need a good HTML5 canvas paint type app. Sumo and Pixlr are slow as fuck trash. as far as I can tell, canvas has everything required to do this. I've developed this right here:
http://alissa.ninja/paint/paint.html
custom filters and renders can easily be done via allowing users to write their own scripts in JS. Unfortunately, this exposes users to a guarantee of XSS (though, so does downloading an untrusted photoshop plugin). Canvas is way faster than flash, especially for something like this. Anybody know anything about this type of stuff?
>>57579870
Adobe Animate (which used to be Flash) exports to Canvas.

>>57579719
Bad transfer or overdone dynamic range compression.
I have a bit of an issue that I'm pretty sure you guys would know a lot about.
My internet connection (Normally 60+ Mb/s Download, 5+ Mb/s Upload) will ALWAYS, like clockwork, start cutting in and out at night around midnight.
It starts by going super slow, spiking back up to normal, and then cutting out for a half second.
Then, it will reconnect, but be slow as crap for a bit, spike back to normal, and then slowly drop back down to nothing.
This happens EVERY night. On the fucking dot at midnight.
Do you guys have any ideas as to what might be causing this? Someone with a super seedbox going at night in my area?
Few facts that may help:
>Technicians from my ISP are over here almost weekly
>So far, they have replaced EVERYTHING in my house
>That mean every cable under my house, running to me from the road, and my modem are brand new.
>Also just replaced my router two nights ago with a pretty good one.
>This is still happening.
Seriously, any ideas?
>>57579597
It's back to normal now.

Hi /g/, I recently bought pic related for $40 from a friend but the system seems to be locked. The account and password are set and I have no idea what to do. It's windows 7. Is there any way around this? Can I try reinstalling a pirated copy of windows 7 through a USB?
>>57579547
>the system seems to be locked.
What does that mean? Will it run POST? Does it get to the OS? Does your friend not have the username and password?
You can swap in your old hard drive, or reinstall Windows 7 over the old installation.
