Make sure multiprocess is enabled. It will turn itself on automatically when available, but your add-ons may be causing it to become disabled. Thumbnail Zoom Plus and Advanced Cookie Manager are two add-ons that will cause it to be disabled.
Disable all your add-ons and then check the multiprocess status. Then turn them back on one by one until you have as many on as possible while still having multiprocess support.
This will make scrolling facebook and other shitty sites much easier.
Neat

stop using firefox.

this just seperates your GUI from the WebEngine you retard. If you want real multiprocess you will have to set processcount to >1

Why the fuck is this shit allowed? I didn't even install the chromecast extension.

How do I hack a computer?
Through a flux capacitor
>>57586492
You have to use a polymorphic binary shellcode to bypass the gigawhatt firewall for the network then implement a reverse TCP backdoor on the kernel and will help you bypass the OSSEC implementations and hijack the BIOS

Do SDDs have data retention issues? Can they be used for long-term storage?
>>57586430
Long term and unpowered? No, you'll risk losing data.
Long term and powered is safe.
Yes, they suffer from data rot like DRAM, since the data is stored with electrical charges. Magnetic and optical media also have issues with data rot, though I would trust LTO tapes above anything else, or perhaps archival format optical media.
We are talking decade long storage, though, which is not a regular problem people have.
>>57586430
Not issues, but possibilities.
Yes they can be used for long term storage, meanwhile you have them powered for all that time.

The head of Norton said at best, antivirus software can stop about 51% of viruses. You know that he was bullshitting to make it not seem like a waste of time, so it's probably far lower.
Don't waste your time

where can i get a genuine windows 7 sp1 x64iso? i don't have a key so i cant use the one from the windows website.

Use the search function in qbittorrent and verify the md5 or sha-1 hash when its downloaded.

This says Ultimate but IIRC it gives you the option to install whatever version you want.
>>57585942
All of the official isos have all of the editions in them for whichever architecture you choose. In the modified versions people have at least deleted the ei.cfg file.

I have access to a server hosted with 1gbit connection, I originally aquired it because I wanted to host a game I made, but until I get it finished I figured I could use it for something useful or fun. So what do you guys suggest?
Right now Im just dicking around with wine & x11 forwarding trying to run some windows only game servers.
It is located in another country so I guess I could use it for netflix VPN if that still works?
Use it as a seedbox

>With Silicon Valley CEOs terrified that President Donald Trump will retaliate against offshoring production, Apple is already preparing to move iPhone production back to America.
>Breitbart News warned that if the Trump administration is moving to “Make America Great Again!,” Silicon Valley tech firms could be the prime target of 45 percent tariffs on offshore supply chains,
>Tim Cook had told CBS News’ 60 Minutes in December 2015 that Apple could not move its iPhones production back to the U.S., because America lacked enough skilled workers.
>It seems that since the election of Donald Trump as President, Apple and soon the rest of Silicon Valley may have discovered that America does have enough skilled workers to make high-tech devices.
I can't wait for Apple to slowly die when they are forced to sell iPhones for $2000 and watch people complain that they are no longer employing slave labor.
