Do you keep this on?
If not, why?

I stripped it from my installation disk because it slows down the system considerably.
I want to have a simple Linux to boot from the usb. What is the best one? I currently have Ubuntu because I just chose a random one quickly, but it takes too long to boot. Should I use something designed for USB like tails?
'buntu has boot-repair, a very convenient tool
desu what do you use it foor famalam
>>57598405

>>57598833
I just use it for a quick Linux when I have to use a Windows computer or to save files on the hard disk and so on

Hahaha wtf really? It actually hints your password field?
>>57598413
Seems like it.

It's a bug in LastPass, not OS X.
LastPass is faking the password entry field.

>I don't have a cell phone because they all have malicious features
Richard M. Stallman (2:40)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGkNiRFwmOg
Why do you own a cellphone /G/? If you go around and hate Apple products because of their non-free standards but still own a cell phone, then you're a hypocrite
Because sometimes I leave my house
because I'm not a paranoid schizophrenic Jew with enough money in the bank to Jew around all day for the rest of my life being "free"
>>57598119
Stallman is known for bumming cellphones from other people when he really needs to use one. Yeah we get it, cellphones have malicious features but he ain't exactly providing any good solutions here...
Do you like puzzles, /g/? My motherboard has 6 hard drive slots and I just bought a 3TB disk that I want to install. Which means I want to remove one of disks. And I don't want to lose any data.
Fuck this shit.
>>57598017
>Buy PCI-e SATA/RAID controller
wow !
>Buy external USB3.0 enclosure for an old (or your new) hard drive
WOW !

No. I will do this the hard way. I will free 1 Tb. Watch me!
That is a lot of anim3
I've just changed thermopastes on my CPU and GPU and I wanted to check temperatures after doing that, so I installed SpeedFan. Sadly, this means I forgot to take pictures before the change. Nonetheless, while stress test results for GPU seem ok, I'm not so sure about CPU results, so I'd like to ask your opinion. The pic is a screenshot of temperatures from CPU stress test.
I'm a bit worried about Temp3 being over 60C and Fan1 being over 4k RPM. There's also this issue that I do not know what Temp3 corresponds to. What do you think? Do you have any idea what this Temp3 might be? Should I reapply paste on my CPU?
bump?
what in your autistic mind got you to change the thermopastes?
and 60°C for a crunching cpu is perfectly ok, you should apply toothpaste on your brush before your sleep and leave your cpu
Remember the day Moot gave Hiroshit this website for FREE?
601M? really? does that website choke on horse dicks daily or what?
Probably because of the traffic it generates and the ammount of data that is moved. But no company wants to be associated with this shithole. Its worth jack shit
>>57597947
>600m
Yeah no. Plenty of traffic but that's it.
Though HiroshiJew is making more than enough from adverts and passes.

i honestly don't think any linux users are stupid enough not to recognize a fork bomb, OP. it says something about you that you thought it would work though.

Boring. Any experienced GNU+Linux users knows how to configure /etc/security/limits.conf

There must be grade school holidays somewhere.
What site should I use to set up an email account?
if you're asking this question with no other parameters, then the answer is gmail.
>>57597645
Privacy might be a parameter.
>>57597655
it might be. any number of other parameters might be important.
if the OP is asking this question without knowing or apparently caring to specify any of these parameters, the best answer is the simplest one: gmail.
don't overcomplicate things.
>Get VPN working
>ISP is banned from posting on 4chan due to abuse
THANKS SUBSCRIBED :)
>>57597610
most VPN servers are banned.
Get a VPS and st up OpenVPN on it yourself, or just use an SSH tunnel, you'll have better luck with that.
>>57597650
Don't listen to this guy. Many popular VPS addresses are banned too. DO, etc, they are all banned.
"it's looking quite promising that a solar roof will actually cost less than a normal roof before you even take the value of the electricity into account," - Elon Musk
"So, the basic proposition would be, 'Would you like a roof that looks better than a normal roof, lasts twice as long, costs less, and by the way generates electricity?' It's like, why would you get anything else?"
This is what I like to see, thanks OP
>>57597599
I hope it's true, but I don't trust that it is because it's coming from Elon Musk.
>>57597669

I already have the file, so why keep it in torrent?
When it's 100%, I immediately delete the torrent.
