Hi /g/, I'm looking for a little advice or what not. So I've been wanting to build a gaming pc for a while now and my budget is around £650 give or take £20.

So today my Galaxy s2 died, rest in peace we had fun for 4 years now, you were a great phone and you had a slow but surely death, you sleeped in peacefully.
But seriously guys, should i use my old Samsung shit phone for 4-5 months and wait for the Galaxy S8 (which might not be that great) or just buy the S7 tomorrow?

i kept getting blue screen then one day I got this error.
I had Windows 7 and kept getting a free upgrade to Windows 10. I kept postponing until one day I tried it. Got an error and then I kept getting "you are using an unregistered version of Windows" and then I couldnt even log in just kept getting boot errors.
I bought windows 10 usb ($120 for nothing) because I didnt have my old windows CD and still I keep getting a corrupted boot. The auto repairs cant fix it, ibe done the bootch check and rebuild from the command pronpt. I tried reseting everything, erasing everything and still it kept getting the same boot error and corrupted boot
My question is, if I buy a new harddrive will that resolve everything? Im assuming my hard drive contains the boot error.

Im going to uni next year so I wanna swap my computer for a laptop and I want it to be able to play overwatch(high) at at least 60 fps (also dota and lol). Well now that I put it like that it doesnt seem like huge requirements. Preferably something with a bigger screen (18+ I think?). On top of that I want to use a graphic tablet and Photoshop (with some huge ass files).
Budget is about £800
