I have one 500GB HDD on my laptop. There's a few movies here. I keep them for a while after I watch them in case I want to rewatch. Also I do like to seed. I don't play games. And I don't download music. I also allocated 50GB for a VM running Windows 7 (I run Debian, btw). There's still 305GB left. I could probably switch to a cheap SSD, but I don't feel like spending the money.

Look pal, ive been down this route. Got 120gb SSD in my laptop and close to full. I dont keep any music or videos on it either and my steam games that my laptop can run are less than 10Gb. Looking to upgrade to a 250gb soon.

Just dont be delusional and praise windows 10 because you figured out how to live with a substandard amount of disk storage.

I don't download music on my phone anyway, and I'd hate to use that atrocity known as iTunes just to "sync" my [pirated] music and everything else, when I should just be able to drag and drop my mp3s and such into a folder.

That's why, when I want to listen to music, I usually get a Music Tube kind of app, open a YouTube video of the song I want, and lock my phone so I can do something else. Thing is that Music Tube now doesn't work when you're not actually in the app, probably because of apple's bullshit policies.

How big is your apartment complex?

Is it multi-story, tens of people per building, or is it a small one?

I ask because I am curious as to the likelihood of this person actually knowing who you are. If its, say, 5 people per complex, then the one guy who just goes straight to work and back probably stands out in a situation like this.
