If nobody that also hits the same server you do has watched that video in 480p that particular server node will have to go and find it from another YouTube database and load it for you which can take longer than playing back a cached version. People often play back high quality versions of videos, 720p and up by default, so it is more likely for a 1080p version of that video to be cached than a 360p version.

Is there a such thing as a quiet 1u computer? I want something to run pfSense on. It does not need to be powerful, an Atom or one of those J1900 integrated Celerons would be plenty, but everything I've heard is that all 1u PSUs are 250+ watts and therefore they're all loud, because of those tiny little 40mm fans.

Hey anon. I saved some money and bought HP Pavilion x360 15-bk102ng to replace my old acer. It's dilivering to me right now.
