Happened to me last week, though reinstalling intel network drivers took care of it.

Every day windows 10 gives me some form of reminder that its the most broken os on the planet but its required to run many of the proframs I need.

From samples of human input the "best possible answer" is calcuated.
Which is presented to the algorithm to improve it.
