Buy the over priced apple shit, slap Windows on it as well, and if you even cared you can even go nuts and put Linux on it. Done. Also, iMacs are among the more attractive all in ones, albeit not among the most functional.

Office 2008 (at least excel, ppt and word, not sure about outlook and access) runs in wine (you can use PlayOnLinux to handle all the setup for you)

I think you can also run paint in wine if you grab the exe from windows but I haven't tried it myself. You can also try mtpaint.

My video card is so old anyway (nvidia 560 or some shit), so the switch to Linux would probably benefit be hugely in games which natively support - and apparently GPU passthrough loses very little performance. So if it can be done with one video card I'd easily wipe my drive and never look back
