It's almost like IBM wants to stop being competitive. They've already sold off most of what defined the company, and shifted away from the consumer market to enterprise, and now they're potentially going to reject a US contract (albeit there's only around 100 signatories).
IBM must have some kind of curse, that or they hire the least motivated people possible.

I just got this old B&O MX 5000 television. It's a pretty crap TV, but it works. The remote is gone though, and that makes it basically useless. Does anyone know how to reprogram a remote or maybe hack it so you can switch input?

I really hope we can finally get away from this culture of massive Graphics cards that's taken over for almost a decade. It's nearly impossible to find decent low profile gpu's that aren't price gouged to rediculous levels. And if we could get back to single slot cards would be even better!
I'm willing to sacrifice a goddamn dvi port so I can have a slim and short card for my htpc, I just don't want some shitty gt 730 or an over-priced gtx-750 ti.
Maybe the 1050 ti will be reasonably priced in its half-height configuration, but I'm not holding my breath.
