A Nintendildo Entertainment System
I am being monitored by a US counter terrorism task force. I notice them every time I go outside. They drive black vans and SUV's.
How can I make sure my already installed version of Tails is legit? Reason I'm asking is because a few days ago I left my Tails flash drive in my room on the right side of the desk but when i woke up, it was near the center.
I think the FBI replaced my safe Tails flash drive that I had cloned and installed myself with a compromised usb that logs my keystrokes.
Is there any way to compare hashes after you already installed Tails on the usb?
Pls help me anons.

>Systems programming languages have come a long way in the 50
years since we started using high-level languages to write operating
systems, but two thorny problems in particular have proven difficult
to crack:
>It’s difficult to write secure code. It’s common for security
exploits to leverage bugs in the way C and C++ programs han‐
dle memory, and it has been so at least since the Morris virus,
the first Internet virus to be carefully analyzed, took advantage
of a buffer overflow bug to propagate itself from one machine to
the next in 1988.
>It’s very difficult to write multithreaded code, which is the only
way to exploit the abilities of modern machines. Each new gen‐
eration of hardware brings us, instead of faster processors, more
of them; now even midrange mobile devices have multiple
cores. Taking advantage of this entails writing multithreaded
code, but even experienced programmers approach that task
with caution: concurrency introduces broad new classes of bugs,
and can make ordinary bugs much harder to reproduce.
These are the problems Rust was made to address.
Rust is a new systems programming language designed by Mozilla.

I'm warning you...
so if you try registering emojis as domains on namecheap, it will say you can't for every TLD, except for .IO. can someone with $32 confirm that this is possible: https://www.namecheap.com/domains/registration/ enter the emoji
You can't do it! I've already tried. ICANN doesn't allow pictorial symbols.
Coca Cola did it once though. I'm not sure how they managed to do that. It was on some ghetto TLD.
>>58252365
Pic related. You can see I tried it with .in.
>>58252389
Okay I just tried it on namecheap with xn--g28h.io and the order didn't go through. It tells me IDN code failed. Sorry!

Couldn't care less.
The fact that the same people who said the election can't be rigged are now crying that the election was rigged is enough for me.
Is this the same guy who said he can crack the iphone's encryption in 30min and that one of the greatest experiences a man can have is to get high in bath salts inserted up his anus?
I totally believe this guy, he's legit reasonable, totally not a methhead.
Hey /g/, I know most people hate webdev here but I've realised that back end development might be quite fun. It's like programming but what you make can be put up on a website that everyone can access and interact with rather than staying as some executable that a single person has to download and run.
With that in mind, does anyone know of some good books / tutorials to help me make a simple forum / imageboard? I don't really care about security or account management etc, just want to make a simple website with a database that people can input text and upload images and then they're displayed in a thread.

Anyone here have one of these EEE PCS? What do you do with yours?
Was going through old stuff and found it.
Missing the power adapter though so it'll be a while before I can use it. Came stock with Ubuntu.
I miss those things...

Had an 1001PX for 5 years. Maxed out the RAM, upgraded the WiFi adapter, and put in a 40 or 60GB SSD in it (can't remember). Ran Crunchbang just fine.
Good times.

"The browser is aimed at staunch technologists, heavy Internet users, and previous Opera web browser users disgruntled by Opera's transition from the Presto layout engine to the Blink layout engine, which removed many popular features in the process.[6][8] Vivaldi aims to revive the old, popular features of Opera 12 and introduce new, more innovative features.[9] The browser is updated weekly, in the form of "Snapshots", and has gained popularity since the launch of its first technical preview.[10]"
So.... there is no problem?
>>58251573
don't know if this is linux problem only, but really bad flicker issues if you have intel integrated graphics
i tried the browser, the flicker could be fixed if you "run in native window" or if you run it with gpu vsync disabled (which requires special commands in terminal or special launcher) to fix the flicker. I prefer to 1 click my browser from panel, not use custom launcher. Yeah, firefox has to run in ugly gtk window as well (just) but that's pretty much the only reason I've looked at other browsers.
Chromium runs in its own window fine, Vivaldi devs need to fix this shit asap. Lots of people use intel integrated graphics
also came bundled with 100 bookmarks i didn't make, including bullshit like Reddit and Huffington post
Honestly, my feeling is that it's a great new browser but just needs to work out kinks. Things like the bookmarks are minor annoyances, but the flickering I got on certain pages was a dealbreaker
I think on a machine it's compatible with it could be a contender. I at least appreciate that they have TRIED to make their browser as good in GTK environments as in mac or windows. Neither Firefox or Opera devs give a fuck
>decide to update gpu drivers
>check for updates
