I have a $100 Visa Gift Card and I want to buy books from Amazon. I am currently trying to currently excel in web development, my current "strong point" are:
>typical HTML/CSS
>Javascript/Typescript
>Php and MySQL
>Angular 2
Right now I think it would be best for me to learn:
>Database Skills (already bought a book focusing on Intermediate MySQL Skills)
>Sysadmin (Unix/Linux or maybe Microsoft)
>More Meme JS skills (MongoDB and Node, Already woroking on an Angular 2 book to better myself with that)
>Meme WebDev shit for package management (Webpack, Gulp, Composer)

You missed your chance. They were giving away all these books for like $15 a couple weeks ago.
If you want a future in webdev you'll need to constantly move to whatever the current meme language is. So grab a book on Ruby or something (idk)
However if you want to do something useful with your life, consider bash scripting, unix development, and web+network security. If you're feeling really brave consider system/server administration

No matter what networks interface I use, DHCP just doesn't want to work, the interface will just sit there sending and receiving DHCP traffic but nothing gets configured and I get "limited connectivity"
I've already done:
System Restore
Registry Restore
Checked Windows Firewall to see if DHCP is blocked
Reinstalled wireless driver (this was before I realized that all interfaces were affected)
The only things I remember that could have caused it were Windows Update or Bleachbit, those were the two things that I ran before restarting right before the problem started

Disable the Base Filtering Engine service and reboot. If that fixes it, you screwed up the Windows Firewall.
Also, make sure you didn't disable the DHCP service.
Finally, are you sure DHCP isn't working? Just because it says "limited connectivity" doesn't mean that DHCP is dead, it just means Windows can't connect to Microsoft to verify you're online.
