So, my 1060 died while basically on idle, I was recording a game from PS4 with an elgato HD60.
I did anything I could, took it out and put it in 5 times, reinstalled drivers, tried different PSU cables, tried it on a different PC. Fucking dead, the only thing working is the fan.
What could be the cause? Everything else in the PC is perfect, the card served me flawlessly for 4 months

He doesn't actually seem to be that good of a programmer? His OS is pretty bad, even he admits it. It's not like OS dev is some arcane art, there's thousands of OSs out there across academia and industry with varying degrees of functionality, very likely most of which are better than TempleOS in every way. His OS literally amounts to less than the boilerplate code people write for embedded applications.

So my friend is in Japan right now and is able to buy some stuff for me from local shops and what not in Japan. Ya know, stuff that's hard to find in Canada/USA.
The only thing that comes to mind is a Japanese-branded ball mouse but then again, I don't use ball mice so it's probably going to be useless for me.

>Lately there have been ALOT of posts on XDA and reddit about people facing Bootloop of death on their Nexus 6P. There device brick themselves out of nowhere and they can't revive their Nexus 6p by side loading factory images. Most of the Nexus 6ps can't even boot into recovery mode.
>The device boots up to Google Logo and doesn't get past that. The Android boot animation NEVER shows up. Clearing cache, factory resetting and side loading factory images DO NOT fix the bootloop either.
>A survey was conducted and several owners of bricked (bootloop of death) devices participated in it. Classification of bricked devices based on OS version is as follows:
Android 7.0 Stable : 19.4%
Android 7.1.1 DP 2 : 25.8%
Android 7.1.1 Stable : 40.3%

Going to sell my 970 and get an amd finewine™ fury and live out the next 5-6 years.
Already rocking /cheapxeons/ for bulk compute and at intel's current speed won't get anything for a decade.
1080 owners are gonna feel the same way once amd releases the 490 and nvidia has a reason to let loose the 1080 ti.
Or hell: Just put their 1 gen old gimped card under the legacy section of the driver page.
