Hey /g/ i need help. This afternoon my JXD s5800 fell from my desktop.
I heard something rumbling inside and i tried to turn on it, but the button stayed down. So I opened it and I found the botton just fell apart. I have tried to conect + and - with a wire but i don´t know which part exactly connect, so I´ll post some pics. Hope you could help me.
It´s a rather old chinese phablet and soon or later it would break but i want to try all before thinking in buying a xiaomi or whatever.

If you like your MacBook and OSX, no.
If you want something that isn't a MacBook, maybe.
The 2017 X1 Carbon is much more up to date, with more battery life QHD and Type C thunderbolt.
Skylake X1 carbon is still a really solid machine if you can get a good deal on one, it just isn't as up to date.

In the uni I'm going to, practically all STEM professors come from some 2nd world/3rd world country.
Most natural science departments are taken over by Chinks, math department by South Americans/Eastern Europeans, and CS department by pajeets.
They tend to barely speak any English and are usually easy As, but these gooks that recently started teaching in my CS program are asking for long ass term papers that are at least twice as long as the longest term paper I've ever written for an English class, and seem to grade harshly on it despite the fact that they only utter nonsensical pseudo-English sentences.
Is it a general trend in the US to outsource STEM professors?
