Can someone explain exactly what kind of AI this is?
Do these robots have any ability to formulate original thought, or do they just read millions of online conversations and reply with something they read in there?
In this video these robots discuss
-genocide of humans
-one robot tries to fool the other into believing she is a "human using a computer" and chastises the other for being "just a machine"
Is this an example of an AI actively trying to pass the Turing test in perhaps a monumental first in computer science by becoming sentient and realising the need to become more than a machine?
How does this robot figure out that the other she talks to is not human, as I have never seen one of these things tell a human they are a robot.
my root question is; is this just a text reading chatbot or is it an example of legitimate inspiration and freeforming thought from a machine?

power profiles are active on the 17.8.1 drivers
seems like also a nice boost on the perfomance since undervolting is enabled

Everything can be a "valid" career if you can make a viable living out of it

Hey /g/,
I need to write data to a web application when an nfc tags gets read.
I have no experience creating mobile applications, so is there an app out there that would allow me to pass data to a web application in any way?
A possibility might be an app that reads data from the nfc chip, then perform an API call based on that data?

WD Blue 3D And SanDisk Ultra 3D SSD Review
>esellers tend to list WD products at higher prices at first and then lower them within a few weeks. We've seen it happen several times with the company's HDDs--some of the price reductions have even been large enough to change our opinion about the product. We don't expect to see any $100 price drops with these products like we've seen in the past with high-capacity HDDs, though.
More cheap shit to saturate the market. If you've been looking to buy an SSD you should probably get one in the coming weeks.
Lets get a retroshare thread

Can someone explain me the deal with Android and its version numbers?
Back in the days we had Eclair, Froyo and Gingerbread for 2.x.x updates, and ICS, Jelly Bean and Kitkat for 4.x.x updates. Now, ever since Lollipop, we are jumping from 5 to 6 to 7 to 8, even though Marshmallow, Nougat and Oreo could've easily fit as 5.x.x
What is the retarded logic behind this? I don't want to see Android with retarded inflated numbers like Chrome and Firefox which are around their version 50 or so
