I don't have any mental handicaps so I just use f.lux or redshift

The first gpu brand that people think of is NVidia. Because of this, all the norm it's and sub 80 IQ people flock to it.
For someone to go against the grain and pick AMD means that they actually understand computing and aren't just sheep following the latest trends. Yeah, we're probably poorer but there's honestly no debate that we're more intelligent.
>norm it's

Ok, be intelligent.
They get to not be poorfags

I have an ES sample and it's no faster than Core2Duo. Buy Kabylake.
Who knows but it's late as Fuck...

I've heard nothing but good things about these drives, should I go ahead and get one? All my 2TB's are filling up since I'm offloading my SSD's.

Is there any way to bypass the iPhone activation lock? I got one from some shady looking dude and I'm stuck on the Activation Lock screen. Please don't tell me I just blew $50 on an expensive paperweight.

When did internet get so fucking fast? Back in 2006, me and my dad had a pcmia 3g network card that we'd plug into his laptop and pirate movies on, it used to take us about 16 hours to download a gigabyte of data. I just moved into this new house, signed up for the cheapest internet plan and i'm getting almost 30 MiB/s. What used to take me 16 hours now takes me 34 seconds. When did this happen?
>Only 200Mib/s
>Fast
>>58701564
like 2007
>>58701574
For me it's buttfuckingly fast. I live in literal cornfields.
hi guys, i have a little question or an inconvenient.
the subject is this: I installed Oracle Virtualbox in my pc and i wanna run kali linux but i don´t know that pass, this don´t run cause said me my kernel required an x86-64, but only detected an i686 CPU.
i was see videos en youtube and the people only use (debian) when they wanna run their program and theirs pc are 64 bits just same like mine, but the problem is that my pc is 64 bits but in my Virtualbox (Debian) is (Debian32 bits)
install gentoo
>>58701536
Stop pretending you're a hacker and start building the wall.
Set your VM's cpu architecture to X86_64 Generic.
I don't get it, why is he complaining about processors frequency and we the consumers not having access to 6Ghz CPUs when he, a OSdev should know that frequency isn't the only thing that makes a computer run fast, the processor architecture and the OS itself are two of the many things that make a computer fast.
Take Macs for instance, even with a Mac that uses a CPU under 2Ghz you can have a smooth and responsive experience let alone the battery efficiency just because of how OSX is optimized for the given CPU architecture.

He really let me down on this last stream.
I expected him to look at the video of the Intel sponsored PCbuilder and say: "look at this retard wasting all those resources on a stupid gaming and web browsing machine"

Seasoned web shit here. looking to test drive before dual booting a linux os. Have exp with centOS, n00buntu. Oh btw I don't care about ""muh botnet"" because i dont look at CP so gentoo is out of the question. TIA

is shilling out and developing mobile games profitable? I want to know because I'm in collage and am stupidly poor and don't want to ask my parents for money.
>>58701293
The short answer is yes, the long answer is when.
>>58701293
Nope, not in this super saturated market.
You're better off going to college part time and working full time as a construction worker. Trust me.

What's the best looking 14" (or less) laptop I can buy for <200$ (used, of course)?
I use a ThinkPad, but I need something to look somewhat attractive for normies when I'm on site. Macbooks would be fine, but they're not 200$, also I don't suck cock, so they're out of the question.
Any suggestions?
>>58701274
I'd say asus if looks are the main concern

Will this give me 120hz? I have a 144hz monitor but my PC only has HDMI ports for some fucking reason
>>58701198
Cable doesn't matter, the version of the controller is what determines refresh rate capability. Unless your monitor and gpu both have HDMI 2.0 or better you're stuck with 1080p 60hz.
>>58701228
what do you mean controller?
>>58701244
The fucking HDMI controller you retarded high
Your monitor will say what type,of HDMI it has, and so will your gpu
If it isn't 2.0,you cant get the 120hz
