LineageOS. Search for that plus your phone model to see if there is any ROM available, otherwise you should stick to CyanogenMod.

Does anyone have any good links or guides on installing Cyanogen? The wiki is gone, and ever tutorial I find that's half decent is barely English and doesn't cover everything.

1. Find a custom recovery that works with your model
2. Flash it with ODIN (there are guides for this)
3. Copy Cyanogen .zip to an SD card and put it in your phone
4. Go to recovery mode
5. Wipe everything and then install Cyanogen
6. Optionally flash pico Gapps if you want Google botnet on your phone
