I have a computer set up in my schools science lab, where it's collecting data for a project. I really don't want people fucking with it, so I already made the off buttons not do anything, but the computer can still be used if the monitor is turned on. Is there some way to "lock" the computer with a password or something, while still letting it run software?

Hey guys can anyone help me with this issue, it's driving me mad..

Basically I've my desktop via ethernet and surface pro via wireless. I have lots of media on the PC and like to access it on the pro to view whilst gaming etc on the desktop. This works fine 90% of the time, however randomly the desktop PC disappears from the computer section of the network folder on the pro but still shows as a media device, yet i can't access any files etc that way.

on the desktop I can see both the pro AND the desktop under the computer section of the network folder, what gives?

I just had a dream I was working for the CloverOS company and I had to deliver some suspicious-looking, tinfoil-packaged loafs. I think there was heroin supposed to be inside or smtn.

Currently at university where the internet is run through a proxy, requires proxy authentication to connect (usually only for browser) however at some point I was using the program Proxifier to connect programs to the internet (never worked for steam though). Recently there was a change to the usernames with the adding of @ symbol, this stopped Proxifier from being able to connect (Auth Problems). All VPN’s that have been tried so far have failed (one works for phone XVPN). Attempting to write a Bat file to run a Crypto Miner on the proxy. I understand this board is not for help but any assistance world be greatly appreciated!
