.05 sheckles have been deposited into your account, jewtel shill!

>EVGA 1070s shipped without thermal pads and have massive heat issues
>half of MSI 1070s have Samsung memory and work fine, the other half have Micron memory and don't, no way to know which you got until you order
>Gigabyte 1070s have driver problems

Who does that leave that's making reliable 1070s? ASUS? I'm having the card brought in from the States but I don't actually live there and there's no easy way to replace it or send it back if it turns out to be faulty. I really need it to be right the first time. Who do you recommend, /g/?

Let's talk about bookmarks.

Do you still use them?

How do you manage them?

What sites make it to your bookmark bar/start page?

Yes.
Chrome Sync. Favicons on bookmark bar.
Sever applications, some Google services (Inbox, Calendar, etc.), le reddit, /g/, neogaf, Android Police, banking/shopping sites, mixtape.moe and a folder of work stuff.

Can't you just click on each one once to let it load and populate the icon?

This thread is for the discussion of anything regarding web browsers and search engines.

Question of the thread:
Which is your favourite lightweight web browser?

Previous thread:

Firefox Nightly
>>
>>59049617
But Nightly isn't really a lightweight browser.
>>
>>59049672
Nothing is lightweight if you're using a Thinkpad from 2005

my charger got wet and when I plugged in my phone, smoke came out of the port
after looking at the port I saw a little green corrosion( probably copper oxide)
I tried using another charger and it works
could there any long term damage and should I worry?

How fast do you reckon ryzen will sell out?
I mean I see the r5 1600x going out of stock first.

Probably wont, what was it about the pc market declining or w/e

I mean with how the specs are going, and the prices it could be, AMD is back to giving intel a run for their fucking money and then some.

But yeah if anything that'll go first, it'll be that x varient of the 6core/12thread one.
>>
>>59049263
pre built desktop pc's are declining in sales but hardware sales are going up.
>>
>>59049263
>pc market declining or w/e
This was specifically for prebuilts. The reason they didn't mention enthusiast parts is because it was fake news clickbait garbage.

The market for PC parts is huge, and growing.

To answer OP-
Ryzen is going to sell out in every major retailer, but curiously not the smaller ones, almost as if intel is bribing the major retailers to go 'out of stock'.

And people still buying shit from this fashion brand, because muh social status.

With every new generation and increase in frequency, the latency has gotten higher and higher.
Is this something to worry about?
Would it not be more beneficial to focus on making timing improvements instead of just increasing the speed?
13 posts and 2 images submitted.
>>
Changing command rate to 1T has a bigger impact (~5%) than slightly lower cas and pretty much all ram can do it without even bumping the voltage.

>>59048666

I haven't checked for ddr4, but when I was running 2133@cl9 for ddr3, 1T seemed more.. unstable, after changing it to 2t then everything appeared to be more stable (no weird time changing error when running 3dmark firestrike or random ass stuttering on anything running).
