My iPhone 6s got stolen, and I bought an old Sony Xperia Z3 Compact in pretty much new condition off a friend.
I've never had an android, is this phone a piece of shit, or is it decent?
The camera seems to suck, but I've heard it has good battery life at least.
What's something useful android can do that ios couldn't?

Root, more control, more free apps, decent adblocker (when root) which can block ads in apps, wifi password recovery (when root), app cloning (when root), custom 'action center' or power toggles, widgets on homescreen, better notification center (since Lollipop).

Absolute shit. Wendell has his own show now and it's much better. Reminiscent of classic TekSyndicate IMO.

Level1Techs for those interested.

>>59142565
It is garbage without Wendell.

is there and OS that REALLY just werks? what's the best route to go if you are willing to tweak a few things to get it to fit your needs but it won't constantly break like a piece of shit?

Literally no employer cares about your Linux experience outside of RHEL or just basic Linux experience (IE - Dont actually list your meme distros you retard)
>>
>>59142433
How about just listing Linux experience? Depends on opening if course (it vs programming) but would it be advised?

how about you invest the time thinking about how to game the system into learning the shit you need to learn

are you a pajeet!?! kys tbqh
>>
Are you sure they're just doing that?
I've taken online microsoft certs and at the start of the test it connects you to a meatbag that has you pick up your cam/laptop and give them a tour of your room, under your desk, behind your monitors etc.
Then they had me point the camera at my keyboard so they could see if any keystrokes didnt match what they were seeing on my screen.

It's less invasive to go to an actual testing center.

PseudoTV, but that requires your video files and such. Idk. Why would you wanna watch TV anyway?

no particular reason i was just curious if i could emulate watching stuff in real time instead of just streaming torrents that buffer all over the place and have to be looked up.
