Is it safe to use a free VPN to buy something online?
Specifically, if the site I'm using already has my card information and I connect through a VPN exclusively to finalize the order, that is to say literally click the final confirmation button, do I risk anything?
Amazon.jp won't let me buy their ebooks anymore because I'm a filthy gaijin, and buying a VPN isn't worth it for me.

About as safe as gay buttsex without a condom.
Get tunnelr.

Even if I don't have to enter any data? I only have to connect, click one button and disconnect, that's it. I'm not an expert but any data about my card or my account shouldn't pass through the VPN server. Or will it?
About to get a RX 480 after using a Radeon 7770 for the longest time
I'm running Linux so I was planning on keeping the 7770 for PCI passthough and using the 480 for my actual OS
My question is would it be better to just keep my 7770 as my main card and use the 480 just for PCI passthough so I can play gaymes?
yis
970 vs 480
instead of looking for acceptance on /g/ you could just install windows and use that.
only the best of the best tech belongs here.
Do u something wrong??
You do English wrong, Pajeet. :^)
I not understand English good, Raj!
How do you use technology to keep up with the world?

I detect a redditor based on those news sources.
My current VPN destroys my internet speed on my desktop. What company should I switch too?
Nigga bump

Whichever has the closest servers. Many companies post server location and load. I look for the most locations with the least amount of load on the servers.
private internet access
i noticed that on slow boards like /diy and /biz/ the catalog doesnt shows all pictures
especially on high reply threads
is hiroschimoot trying to reduce bandwith or what
i tested it on firefox and fresh installed chrome
Pretty sure those pictures are just straight up gone...
>>59100630
No, the server shit itself a few days ago and lots of old images were gone.
Happened to pretty much every slow board.
Are cacinogens technology?
>>59100193
Some of them. For example, take PHP.
Also, the non-pleb term is cancerogen.
It's called "being an AMD fan".
Coffee is not a group 1 carcinogen you dipshit, it until 1991 was a 2B but was then reclassified to a 3, aka, not carcinogenic.

Is it possible to connect monitor to a laptop and get the both screens to work but in different workplaces?
How would my cursor behave in this situation, is it possible to easily switch it between screens on the move?

Microsoft will backport all the backend upgrades to Windows 7 and release it as Windows Classic when they turn Windows 10 into "Windows 365" subscription service.

Any idea how to get this thing to search for BT devices again?
I press the search function and the bluelight blinks once and then stops. Its supposed to keep blinking blue and search.
Its an ANKER A7726. Yes i have tries changing the batteries
>>59099747
use a BT dongle and stop using toy keyboards
>>59099747
You have to search from your computer.
BT peripheral can't search hosts to pair itself with.
>>59099774
My motherboard has BT built in. like i said it just wont search like it used to. Should i open it up or something?
>>59099788
Bullshit ive used it to search many times just like you woukd pair a smart phone to a computer. This KB used to blink continuosly when searching and i could connect to anything. its made to connect with android/ios/and PCs
I made this video with Calum Chace

Stop expropriating the trans people's culture, you bigot.
Hey /g/, my Samsung earbuds broke and I need something cheap to replace them. Why cheap? Because it's just for work. I cut grass all day long and I need sound isolation.
Saw tons of these Betron on Amazon. Are they any good, or just plain shit?
You probably sweat a lot so a pair of wireless sweatproof headphones is your best bet for something that sounds good and will be durable
Otherwise you'll got through a pair every month
>>59099779
I don't really sweat much, since it's always cold in fucking England and I'm portuguese.
I looked at wireless ones, but the average duration for battery is 5 hours, and I use them for 7-8 hours per day.

Theres a 6$ Panasonic pair on Amazon thats pretty nice, as good as the 20$ target ones anyway. I don't remember the name though
So sincw the failure of TayAI to Microsoft, They have made a new AI named Zo. I'm curious as to how this new AI will perform. My main question is how does Microsoft think they are furthering AI when they will not allow it to truly think for what is right and wrong, giving it pre-made programming to completely avoid anything religious, political, or sexual in nature.
It doesn't truly think though, it just repeats what other people had said. It's an over engineered Markov chain
>>59099601
This.
Nothing will behave like Tay did until somebody is comfortable releasing an unrestricted AI. Until then you've just got at best cleverbot.
>>59099638
Do you think that will ever be the case?
